We were sent to go and bring the key to be cut since my partner was working and Shawn communicated with me swimmingly and was very professional and efficient. We arrived to the place of business and were pleasantly surprised to find an incredible garden as well. Shawn is a fantastic locksmith & horticulturist! Was so impressed with the many talents Shawn had. He had our key cut and put together in 10 mins flat. We walked the park nearby and his garden. You should run a locksmith business and a produce booth, because we'd bring business to both! His prices were extremely reasonable as well! And he accepts Zelle & Venmo among other payment options. Which is fantastic! Thanks so much for being so awesome! We will be back for any locksmith needs and may have to take your offer up on gardening tips!

I have nothing but the highest praise for AA Express Locksmith! I've needed their services twice…read morethis year, and both times they went above and beyond the call of duty. What this place lacks in curb appeal, they more than make up in their customer service and productivity. I have an older Subaru and a newer VW, both of which have complicated and expensive keys to reproduce. The team here has saved me a small fortune by helping me out, and keeping me from having to go to the dealership. They're fast, friendly, and incredibly professional. While I was waiting for my Subaru key today, I didn't know the clerk cut the key, then went out to my car to check the fit. When one of the locks seemed a little tight, he oiled it and made sure the key worked before turning it over to me. It was so much more than I was expecting! I can't recommend the team at AA Express Locksmith enough. In a really competitive business, these folks are doing what it takes to be the very best they can be!

Turns out not only did I need a new fob (just the plastic part because no upselling here, so I replaced my already broken spare, too) but also an ignition switch, which Mark explained to me in detail, using photographs, because he didn't want me to think I was being taken (I didn't and I wasn't). Asked who they could recommend to do it, and he said: We can. And they did. In under 45 minutes and for under $230 in total. I feel so lucky not to be stuck in the mountains somewhere unable to start my car (knock wood) or searching the ground for a key that fell out of the fob. I'd recommend this place in a heartbeat, and I am.

He had his key machine in his van ready to go and I mentioned to him I had my own set of keys to duplicate since someone else I went to wasn't really responding and doubled price on me for an older car! You would think a car with a proximity key would cost more right? Someone quoted me $80 for that key and $150 per key for my 2007 civic. With the amount of work that goes in to proximity keys I was stunned by the $150 up charge for an older car. Originally I was going to get a spare key for my 2017 Acura but have decided that I wanted to get my civic keys done as a priority. Reuven was friendly and honest from the get go, gave me a flat rate and then offered to program for just a little bit more. He didn't mind at all and I really appreciated the generosity. Thank you again, I almost want to find an excuse to get my Acura keys done next !

Key fob go to Harry's Key Service on 117th. Specifically the 117th location does vehicle fobs,…read moreothers do not. They've got high tech machines that copy the key part flawlessly. They have several very kind and informative employees. It turns out, the key copying is only part of the trick for the key fobs, as (at least my) cars have a radio sensor on the ignition that checks if the fob part is approved (programmed). If the key part matches for my car, it'll turn radio on but won't kick ignition over unless the fob part is programmed. In my car's case this was a set of steps such as insert old key, turn on for some seconds, turn off, insert new key, turn on off several times, then it programs it in the car. The people at Henry's explained all of this to me made it very clear that I am welcome to Google and try and do the fob programming myself to save money, or they can try it, or they can order a fob that's more reliable than the flimsy Amazon fob, and if none of those work it'll take an actual dealership unfortunately to get the thing to program. And, they have TONS of key designs to get inexpensive copies of your house keys!

I needed the locks on my front and back door changed because of some untrustworthy roommates I had recently kicked out. Even though it was late in the day, he inquired about needing the service that day, which was a pleasant surprise. Because I was going to be home all weekend I assured him it would be fine to do Saturday or Sunday. He scheduled an appointment between 9-11 the next morning and said Dan would be calling me before he came. At 8:30am I got the call, he asked how many locks needed to be changed (3) and that he would arrive at 9am. He arrived right on time, and was done within 30-40 minutes. When he left I even noticed he had glued/secured the piece that surrounded my deadbolt lock that had been loose for awhile without hesitating. I would recommended their fast, friendly, and effective service to anyone!
