Shawn was a miracle worker! The steering wheel locked on my daughter's car and it wasn't just a simple fix like jiggling the steering wheel while turning the key. It wouldn't budge. The key wouldn't turn in the ignition and the security system had actived. I had a mobile mechanic come out to look at it and he said he was going to charge me $360 on top of the $60 that he charged just to come look at it. His recommendation was to change the ignition. I'm so glad that I had a mechanic friend recommend just calling a locksmith. Sean responded right away to my request for a quote through Yelp. He offered the lowest price, he said he could be there within a couple hours, and he showed up when he said he would. And even though it was more of a challenge than anticipated he hung in there and got it done. Turns out the key was so worn you couldn't even tell where the cuts were at...it actually looked like it had been filed down. He went above and beyond and only charged $20 over the original quote...all of which he kept me informed of along the way. I was so happy I wanted to give him a hug! I just had my car serviced and did not put the only key I have back on my key ring, I stopped at the grocery store and when I get back to the car I can't find the key.
