Since I've never had a workplace injury and L&I isn't helpful, after meeting this POS narcissist, who could do nothing more than talk in circles, I would recommend navigating L&I on your own. In the beginning, they want your money, but if there's anything short of them making a fortune they just don't give you any attention. To top it off, the building this "attorney" operates out of is old and has no visible disabled parking, which I find odd since they specialize in workplace injury. Allegedly. Next is just the office isn't clean and hasn't been updated in decades. The process is corrupt (especially self-insured employers) and heavily favors them as they have deep pockets. They will come at you in ways you haven't even imagined (I was under surveillance EVERYWHERE for over a month at one point). You cannot navigate the process alone.
