Don't waste your time on this place. I wasted time money…read moreand gasoline to meet with them, I would be told things I could've been easily told over the phone. This is odd to me that such a place would request an in person visit, especially when they know you are in a ton of pain and ambulatory only with assistance, such as crutches, which I was. I won't go into all the minutia of every detail, but what I experienced was pure, disrespect, and was treated as if I had done something bad by going to them to request their help. The main attorney, didn't catch his first name, seem to only have me there to use as an experiment to help train a "new attorney" that was there, although late, And just show some kind of superiority over me. All I wanted was someone to explain to me what my options are. Since I've never had a workplace injury and L&I isn't helpful, after meeting this POS narcissist, who could do nothing more than talk in circles, I would recommend navigating L&I on your own. This is not the first time, in fact, I was looking to replace the second lawyer I had hired. The first two just had no ability to communicate anything. In the beginning, they want your money, but if there's anything short of them making a fortune they just don't give you any attention. To top it off, the building this "attorney" operates out of is old and has no visible disabled parking, which I find odd since they specialize in workplace injury. Allegedly. Next is just the office isn't clean and hasn't been updated in decades. The smell of old musty dusty office isn't very inspiring, especially when you're going to be talked down to and treat it like crap, just by asking their advice or potentially wanting to hire them. Reading some of the other reviews, which I should've done before I went there, I never would've gone. Extremely unpleasant, an absolutely useless.

Let me start off by saying what this law firm did for me. They changed the quality of my life. I…read morewas involved in a very nasty worker's comp claim with my employer at the time and I felt the lowest point in my life. I walked into their office in 2016. They took my claim (Special thanks to David)....all the way to the BIAA court in 2021and then defended me from my employer appealing/countersuing me in Pierce County Superior Court. For five long years and countless hours worked by Attorney Jennifer and Paralegal Phiona (as well as others) I paid NOTHING. ZERO. NADA. They believed in my claim so much that I never had a bill from them during the entire process. Once I won my claim (through the hard work of Jennifer and Phiona) it was six-figures. They gave me an itemized bill that was very fair and was deducted from the payout. Moreover, Jennifer won my case with prejudice (The employer can never come at me again) along with a handsome monthly WA State L&I Pension....FOR LIFE!!! Thanks again to Jennifer and Phiona. You two are Saints, in my book. If you have a legit worker's comp claim, SDI claim or personal injury I strongly recommend this law firm. On the flip side, if you're an ambulance chaser or looking for a quick buck do yourself and this law firm a favor and move on. They deal with claims their entire lives and can smell B.S. at the front door. If you are currently dealing with a worker's comp claim, SDI or personal injury my best advice to you is to lawyer up...and lawyer up early. The process is corrupt (especially self-insured employers) and heavily favors them as they have deep pockets. They will come at you in ways you haven't even imagined (I was under surveillance EVERYWHERE for over a month at one point). You cannot navigate the process alone.

Robert Silber, is as wonderful a person as he is an attorney. My husband and I are both…read moreexperienced professionals and are highly respected in our chosen fields of aviation and medicine. After a severe workplace injury, we realized we needed an attorney who knew how to navigate the legal and the labor and industry systems. We were very lucky because we received references from an well respected attorney in another area of the law. Our question was simple; "if this had happened to you or a member of your family, who would you turn to for expert advice?". The answer was an emphatic Robert Silber. To say that is was a perfect match is an understatement. Robert, from the very beginning, made us feel like we were his only clients. He took time to listen to us. Robert took time to explain the law. He took time to explain the process and what his role would be. Robert explained how long the process might take and what the results could be. Robert was always available to us whether by text, email or phone. If we asked Robert a question, he would get back to us as soon as it was possible for him to do so. Seriously, Robert made us feel like we were family. Let us emphasize: "HIRE ROBERT EARLY". Please do not think you can do this without legal guidance. After you are injured, the only persons looking out for your best interest are Robert and you. Your employer will want this settled as quickly and cheaply as possible and may not disclose what all of your options may be. Robert is the perfect guide to a complex, confusing system. You should not take on your employer and the labor and industry system alone. Robert's legal expertise was matched by his ability to keep up with the employer's and L&I's requests for forms, letters, and medical records. Robert is well versed in medical terminology, diagnoses and how the medical system works. Robert became the gatekeeper for all information and requests from Social Security, Disability insurance companies, and L&I. This took a tremendous strain off of us. We were able to focus on the treatment and recovery from the injury. Robert focused on all other matters which would have been completely overwhelming had he not been in place. When you hire Robert you have hired an advocate and an attorney for a process that may last a very long time. We had no idea when this started how complex and difficult this journey would become. We are grateful beyond words that Robert has been with us each step of the way. Our journey unfolded just as Robert described it might. We were able to face the legal challenges because we knew that Robert was up to the challenge and if it came down to a juried trial, we had an experienced, successful trial attorney to represent us. We were successful at reaching the maximum benefit under the law without going to trial because of Robert and the strength of our case. ROBERT "WON" FOR US!

I've been represented by John in a long, high-conflict custody battle, and I can say without hesitation that having him as my attorney changed the entire course of my case -- and my daughter's life. From the beginning, John demonstrated unmatched patience and professionalism. My case involved repeated violations of the parenting plan, medical neglect, travel disputes, safety concerns, and emotionally draining communication patterns from the other parent. Through all of it, John remained clear-headed, responsive, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to understand the full picture -- reading through timelines, messages, medical records, and incident reports -- and he never made me feel like I was alone. What sets John apart is how grounded and strategic he is in court. Despite aggressive tactics and misinformation from the opposing side, he stayed focused on the facts and the law. He doesn't play games -- he builds a case methodically and ethically, and the judge saw that. He never made false promises, and he didn't have to: his work speaks for itself. When it came time to challenge a GAL report full of inaccuracies and bias, John didn't back down. He brought in expert witnesses, therapist input, and hard evidence that ultimately led the judge to reject the GAL's recommendations and rule in favor of protecting my child's best interests. That alone speaks volumes. Throughout this process, I've leaned on John not only as an attorney but as a guide through some of the most overwhelming moments of my life. He treated my case like it mattered, and it did -- because it was about my daughter. He always remembered that. If you're looking for someone who's experienced, no-nonsense, child-focused, and genuinely invested in doing what's right -- John Groseclose is that attorney. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
