I told her to wait please. next, we lay down and are covered with a towel and the place was freezing. next, the lotions they used were cheap and smelled not appealing. the massages were awful. I have had many massages through the years and never had one where they just kept moving their hand over the one part repeatedly. no pressure. I asked for deep tissue and didn't get anything close to it. They also didn't use the hot stones They just seemed very inexperienced. lastly, as we left we gave them $20 tip. which they didn't work for at all. they told us we needed to give them more and saying stuff. We just left because it wasn't worth the argument. the one employee came outside threw something at our car and us. This got a hot stone which was cold and tried to dig the trigger points out of my arm. I told her to stop once I nerve asked her to use a stone and I never asked her to get them out! I just wanted a nice relaxing massage. I got up this morning with bruises all over my arm. I called the spa and the Manager had a dismissive attitude after I sent her the pictures. There was no one inside the room and only 2 massagers available at the moment. They quickly called another massage therapist to come back and told us the wait is about 30mins. we started off with a back and shoulder massage. All 3 of us didn't really like the fact that we had a cloth on our shoulders while getting the massage. It didn't feel as quite relaxing, maybe it's the feeling. Then one of my friends had 3 different massage therapist during her one hour foot spa because they kept switching the therapist around. The massage therapists were all pretty nice and friendly. Overall the pressure and massage is alright. I may or may not choose to return since there is other foot spa around. When we pay, the staff told us a higher price than the price we saw outside. So apparently the poster price on the window is incorrect. The staff admitted that alot of customers have mistaken the price for the 1hr foot massage. I said if you aren't going to grand that price, then shouldn't you take that down from the window? She said the lady usually would tell the customer that the window price is the old price. But I told her no one told us. So at the end, she said I will give you that price this time only. So I told her ok and yea make sure the sign is off the window too. It's just false advertisement and misleading to the customers.
