This company does things as cheaply as they can. They do not listen when you tell them what you…read morewant and do not follow through on what you requested. The bathroom was being remodeled into a handicap type bathroom. I have never heard of a handicap bath that the person had to stand up to use the sink. Handicap accessible is always lowered so the person can roll up to the sink and use it. Furthermore, handicap standards are listed online where they are accessible to all. They told me (afterward) that standard height for a shower head is 7ft instead of 6 ft. There standard sink height is 37" instead of the 30" other companies use. They used 1/4" paneling that I had in the house for another project on my bathroom walls and put in the ugliest strips to cover the seams when I had asked for 3/4" sheet rock for the walls. I told them I wanted a shower wand and they put in a stationary shower head. I wanted a walk-in/roll-in shower and they chose the cheapest shower they could find and it had an 8" step. I ended up buying a shower myself and had it shipped. The one I bought came with a 30 year guarantee. The house had not been lived in for over 20 years and they did not even run the drain pipe out to make sure the water would flow so a couple of weeks after moving in my toilet and shower were backing up. I had to call another plumber out to clean the lines out because they would not come out to clear the lines that they should have cleared to start with. Now to fix the bathroom, I am removing the trim work they put up and will put up 1 by 4" boards to strengthen the walls so I can put up my towel rack. I have never seen such cheap work. When they installed the new sink and countertop, they cut into the wall panel instead of triming the countertop to the right width. Now I have to replace the wall panel when I fix the sink height. They need to all go back to school and relearn building standards. I worked for an insurance company for the past 21 years so I am very familiar with building standards. It sucks to see such work going on in the industry. Save yourself the hassle and problems that go with this company. They are problem waiting to happen.
