I wouldn't recommend these people to anyone and I wouldn't even give them a single star if I didn't…read morehave to for the review. Jan Humble is the owner, her son Mike and daughter-in-law Dana run the day to day. I noticed that the only other review is a five star review from Mike and Dana Humble! Talk about fake news! Dana double billed my insurance company for their hours because they could get away with it but didn't count on my cameras videotaping Mike and Cameron's time including their smoke breaks. They charged for services that they didn't perform and left piles of trash in every room. I had to remove my own belongings after a flood in my home and there were four men that were supposed to do the job. Mike Humble showed up two hours late because it was a holiday and Jan wanted to be able to charge for an after-hours rate. Jan told me that she wanted to have a belated Christmas with her grandchild, at my expense no less. They came to my house four days in a row to "check" the fans knowing full well that it would take a full four days for the floor to dry anyway. The purpose of coming out to my house each day to look at the fans was to charge me an additional labor fee. Mike do not provide a fee schedule upfront if it's insurance work because they count on an already upset customer who just wants the water removed from their home. And while they're checking the fans they always turn one of them off and fail to turn it back on. So, you either find out hours later that the floor isn't being dried in that particular location or you find out that the fan's been shut off for an entire day. During my job they left one fan off for over twelve hours for four days and that's just pure laziness. More importantly they charged my insurance company for the full use of the fans even though I made them aware that they'd been turned off each day and that's fraud. They also claimed to have put a disinfectant on my walls and ceiling to prevent mold and charged accordingly. I sat in one of the areas where this was supposed to have taken place in my wheelchair and never left the entire time because there was nowhere for me to go and Mike never put anything on the walls or ceiling. Finally, they broke the slats on my bed and only repaired them when I threatened them in writing to contact a lawyer. I did text Jan first but she was too busy packing for vacation to call me back. Mike didn't show up to repair my bed until 7:30PM the next evening. I'm confined to a wheelchair and had already been sleeping on my couch for four days because they'd blocked access to my guest bedroom. Mike admitted later that they'd been lazy on my job. These people were supposed to remove the flooring and dry out the floor to prevent mold at the very least. They actually cut around some of my furniture at first because they were too lazy to remove it all but they were not too lazy to send my insurance company a bill for complete removal. They sent me a summary of the charges instead of the details so I contacted my insurance company for the complete breakdown. I have since provided my insurance company with the video footage showing the actual hours that they were at my home and how much time they spent standing around outside doing absolutely nothing but smoking or talking as well as a detailed letter disputing each fraudulent charge. I've also provided copies of my telephone bills which show our contacts and how long it took them to call me back. There would never have been any after-hours billing if they'd just showed up on time. Just because I didn't have to pay them out of my pocket doesn't mean that this didn't matter to me because insurance fraud costs everyone and my rates will go up eventually.
