NOT HAPPY AT ALL - I bought an iMac from this company that was classified as 'B Grade'. After I finally receive the item (after weeks of waiting) it appears heavily scuffed and damaged with gouges in the screen and a big fault in the display which causes the whole thing to have an annoying, hindering yellow tint. None of this was mentioned in the ad description. The description read: 'This item is only classified as B Grade as it has minor scratches on the screen and bezel'. Even the generic keyboard that was included was non-functional. Anyway, I ended up contacting them politely (the message included photos of the damaged goods - I didn't even mention the keyboard) and only received a reply about 3 days after I sent the initial message, which was quite a long wait. The reply was from H***n, who promptly tells me that 'It's a B Grade iMac from 2007 for $85, what do you expect?' which infuriated me most as price doesn't matter and age doesn't matter when selling. What matters is the product I receive should be as advertised and I should deserve some respect from the people selling it to me! However, I politely said that I would like a partial refund for compensation, then she asked the amount, I said 38% (about $30 - very reasonable considering the damage) and she rudely says the 'best' she can do is 10%, which is $8.50. The second I saw that message I ended up leaving negative feedback on their eBay, to let everyone know to avoid the money-thieving, deceitful company. Finally, I come to an agreement because I threatened to bring eBay into it and use 'eBay's Money Back Guarantee' as it would end up costing them more money for them to ship it back to their shop and accept a loss of profit. This seemed to scare them off and they reluctantly agreed to accept my $30 compensation, however they would only let me accept the refund If I removed my negative feedback. I reluctantly agreed to remove my negative feedback, however, they have yet to partially refund me despite their promise. So, to compensate for that, I am writing on here to tell you to please avoid Reboot IT at all costs as they are just in it for the money, they send items in poor condition and the service is abysmal.
