Back in 15 minutes. At noon. On a Sunday. Hire more workers.

They where closed on Saturday at 2:15 pm. Came back today at noon on Sunday. Still closed. Pretty sure they choose their own hours. I worked at gas stations for years and never locked the door. The owner is a cheapskate obviously, they need to have at least two people working at all time. I'm an available to work.

Terrible service and they lie and always say the restroom is out of service.

Terrible place...won't allow customers to use restroom though its required for them to do so.

This gas station is a complete joke. Apparently they close their doors every night between 11pm-1130pm for a shift change. How incompetent is that! This is Las Vegas, a 24 hour town. All I needed was a gas receipt. Apparently they are too lazy to keep the paper stocked at the pump. Had to stand out in the cold late at night by myself as a single woman. Rebel does not care about my safety.

If you are going to pump diesel plan on staying awhile, pumps are slow. Otherwise clean facility. Prices competitive.

Random but this is the only gas station I've gone to before where the employees just lock the door so they don't have people come in.

Costco Gas functions as a remarkably disciplined circulation system disguised as a fuel station…read more High vehicle volume remains inseparable from the Costco gas model, yet this location distinguishes itself through unusual logistical lucidity. Among the Costco gas stations encountered across multiple regions, this one delivers the cleanest traffic choreography: direct ingress, intelligible lane progression, and departure patterns that seldom collapse into the agitation commonly associated with overcrowded warehouse lots. The configuration eliminates much of the spatial confusion that burdens weaker Costco layouts. No serpentine barricade corridors, no artificially blocked exits, no atmosphere of vehicles improvising around one another in search of an opening. Drivers enter through a centralized approach, identify a lane quickly, advance with minimal hesitation, and exit without the sense of compression or antagonism that frequently accompanies high-volume fueling stations. That coherence carries unusual value inside a Costco parking complex, where pedestrians, shopping carts, warehouse traffic, and circulating vehicles already compete for limited spatial attention. Pricing supplies the incentive; organization sustains the experience. Fuel lines at Costco are expected. What elevates this location is the absence of operational friction layered on top of that expectation. Movement remains continuous, lane transitions remain comprehensible, and the station preserves a sense of procedural order even during periods of substantial demand. Attendant visibility reinforces that order. Staff circulate continuously across the pump lanes rather than remaining concealed behind a kiosk window waiting for escalation after a malfunction has already stalled the queue. Card-reader issues, pump confusion, and routine customer questions are intercepted quickly and resolved in place. Their presence transforms supervision into an active component of the station's circulation pattern rather than a remote administrative function. The cumulative effect is unusually refined for a Costco gas operation. This location does not attempt to disguise volume; it orchestrates it. Clear ingress, fluid lane progression, conspicuous staff presence, and disciplined spatial management convert what could easily become an abrasive logistical bottleneck into one of the smoothest Costco fueling experiences in the region.

Every time I go in they are OUT of all the specialty coffees, no matter what time of day I visit. They don't have a lot of things I see in other stores and it's pretty bare bones as far as variety and selection. On the plus side, there is a USPS sub station in back and a Capriotti's Sandwich Shop attached to the store. I only shop there for convenience. The clerks are always nice, they have at least 5 or 6 different ones. A few of them are clueless about pricing though. There's definitely a price to be paid for convenience sake.

Public Review / Complaint…read more This location is the reason I rarely stop here. The store is often dirty, the environment feels unprofessional, and unfortunately the staff behavior today confirmed why I normally avoid it. This morning I stopped to get gas before heading into a 12-hour shift working in the ER. When I walked in, a very tall employee behind the register (not in a company uniform) immediately said to me, "What do you want?" I replied politely that I needed gas. His response was, "You need to step your ass over to this cash register. I don't ring up over there." There is absolutely no reason to speak to a customer like that. It was unnecessarily aggressive and completely unprofessional. While I was there, another customer came in and asked if he could use the restroom. He explained he was a bus driver and really needed to go. The employee responded, "We don't give a shit who you are. No one uses our bathroom." Again, the issue isn't even the policy -- it's the disrespectful and hostile way it was communicated. Everything that happened is on video, and I will be sending it to corporate. I will also be posting reviews so people know what kind of customer service to expect here. Businesses succeed or fail based on how they treat people. Right now this location reflects extremely poorly on the brand. Clean it up. Train your staff. Customers should never be treated like this. I do not recommend this location unless you want to be spoken to disrespectfully by employees.

They have three tiers of car wash and I ended up getting the second one ($15 value). They accept card which was nice. Before you enter the drive through car wash, there are 2 workers who spray the car and scrub it down a bit. Then it goes through the car wash (not too long but gets the job done). Upon exiting the car wash, there's also 2 workers who hand-dry your car with towels, and the car wash tier I purchased comes with tire shining (even my partner commented on how shiny my tires were and asked where I got my car wash haha) ! I felt that the workers here definitely deserve a tip. To give them a tip, just roll down your window after they hand-dry and the guy closest to the driver's window will collect it. I also used their vacuums as well which work really really well. Strong suction and no complaints there. They also have an air gun too behind the vacuums too so be sure to make use of that. There's only about 6 stalls for vacuums but every time I went, there's always been an open stall!
