Rebel is weird. I only stop in if it's the only convenient store on my way somewhere. I got gas and snacks. Did my gas with card outside, $.35 extra, went inside for snacks another $.35. That's why it's just a last random convenience! I'm not petty about some extra change, but come on. I guess no one ever complains. I always have to rethink if I really need to go here. They where closed on Saturday at 2:15 pm. Came back today at noon on Sunday. Still closed. Pretty sure they choose their own hours. I worked at gas stations for years and never locked the door. I've been going to this gas station for about nine months. My wife has been going there much longer. It depends on timing. It's not the easiest to get in and out of. If you're headed North on Hualapai, it's very easy. However, heading South, you have to make a U-Turn on Sahara. When exiting you have to make a right onto Sahara, then make a left on Hualapai at the signal. Most of the employees leave a lot to be desired. The guy with the lips tattooed on his neck, will drop a male customer for a woman at the drop of a hat. Most of them act like they just don't care! The exceptions are the soft spoken Grey haired guy, and the dark curly haired guy. If they did an Undercover Boss episode on Rebel Oil Company, the guy with the curly hair would either get a job heading Training, or he'd run his own location. A bad experience I had was a discrepancy in cost. I fueled up there one day, when the sign said $3.29 per gallon... Once I'd gone in and paid, I realized the cost on the pump was $3.34 per gallon. I'll never buy gas there again! When I was there tonight, the beer I normally buy didn't have a price marked, and I feel that I was over charged. From now on, I'll be going to the Cheveron on Town Center, and Twain... It's closer to my house, easier access, and I've never had issues. read more

Poor service . As oon as I got to the first of the line the Cashier put a sign up saying she's on break for 15 minutes . I waited in line for like 10 minutes , I understand workers need brakes and have no problem with that but at least Communicate properly, I seen this issue with this store Over the past year not just one occasion, the manager really needs to step up . I've also had a cashier sign language to me as if I don't speak English to come her way when the person she helped before communicated with them verbally. This gas station is a complete joke. Apparently they close their doors every night between 11pm-1130pm for a shift change. How incompetent is that! This is Las Vegas, a 24 hour town. All I needed was a gas receipt. Apparently they are too lazy to keep the paper stocked at the pump. Had to stand out in the cold late at night by myself as a single woman. Walked up to the counter, and said hello $10 on 17. She looked at the bill and said I aint got change for that. Put in the machine over there, in a foul mood and gesturing in a general direction. I said there's no need to be rude, then of course she got huffy and snarky. No surprise there. I said there is no need to be rude. Snatched my $100 bill and left and went elsewhere. Listen, if you're going to be in a customer service position like that, you need to make sure you have the right attitude and present yourself professionally. This lady was neither. It is what it is. The gas is less expensive than most of the big name stations. The inside is about what you would expect from a convenience store. The employees are friendly. The place is kept pretty clean although the bathrooms scare me. They stopped the Rebel Reward program which used to get discounts on food and gas. Their prices are high for food but they usually have a good special like 2 large Dasani for 2 dollars. Their selection of snacks is average. read more

I visited this location once to buy water and gatorade before I went to the gym. The store did not look very clean (spills, and paper on the ground) The staff were very rude. I remember saying hello and asking how they were. The clerk looked straight at me with an annoyed face and then proceeded to ask how his co-worker was feeling. She was complaining about being sick and how she would rather be anywhere else than at work. I was waiting for the clerk to tell me my total and made a joke to ease the tension saying that I have a lot of drinks (2 gatorades and 2 waters) for one person. He said "say that one more time and i'll have you thrown out of here. You know I can have you thrown out, right?" they both look annoyed at me. I finished the transaction and I heard them go straight back to talking about their evening. I have not stepped foot in this location again. I understand that we catch colds or we would rather be somewhere else than work, but don't take it out on the customer. Hopefully, the service has improved since this last visit. read more

Solid gas station that hardly gets busy and always seems to have the lowest gas prices in the area. The clerks are attentive, nice, and chatty, which makes this place even more comfortable to frequent. The one draw back is they never let anyone get cash back from debit transactions, but there is an ATM located near the front door. read more

I have been there a couple of times and both times I got stale or spoiled food.. the first I got stale tortIla chips with the cheese and chili and the chips were stale and the chili seemed like it was days old.. This is my local gas station, as it is a block away. I'm here probably 3 times a week. They are discontinuing the Rebel Rewards program (which allowed cents of at the pump earned from in store purchases) at the end of the month which brings my rating down to just your average chain gas station. Everything is always clean and the hot roller foods are fresh. The staff is always friendly but I've been there more than once when the line backs up to the soda cooler. The Krispy Kremes are a total waste of money after 10am. They DO have Coke Zero on fountain which is a rare find! The slushie machine is down just as often as it's up, so don't let your kids get excited for one as odds are it may not be working. read more

I don't think I have EVER had such a bad shopping experience as I have with this place... I went 3 times within one week to pick up cigarettes. Each time the clerk who was not very nice to me told me they were out. I went in today and without even checking she told me straight out that they were out again. When I looked behind the counter there was my cigarettes plain as day... Come to find out they had my cigarettes the whole time but the clerk for some reason did not want to sell them to me. She went so far as to tell my yesterday to go to Dotty's to get my cigarettes... I have been shopping in this store for over a year now. I always make it a practice to be polite and say please and thank you whenever I have been to ANY store... I worked in retail for 30 years, I know how rude the public can be, so I try very hard to always be polite and give them the benefit of the doubt. This was a very bad experience and they just lost this customer for keeps. I will go buy my cigarettes elsewhere... They REALLY need to train their staff to be more polite to their customers... I am also calling the health department on them,,,their store is always so dirty., and by law they are required to allow people to use their restrooms...
