I visited Rebel Sport Parramatta on Saturday to buy some Father's Day gifts for my husband. The store was quite busy, and while I was searching for sizes, a lovely staff member (whose name I didn't catch) went out of her way to help me -- much appreciated!
There were quite a few items on the wrong hangers, which made size checking difficult, but thankfully Sahil, one of the staff, was incredibly helpful and professional. He assisted us with patience and a great attitude -- amazing service!
Unfortunately, my experience at the checkout wasn't as positive. I asked the cashier (Zainab) if she could tell me the prices as she scanned, since I had a budget in mind. Her response was rude and dismissive: "Didn't you check the prices while shopping? What's your budget?" Her tone made me feel very uncomfortable, and I considered walking out. She then carelessly threw the items into the bag. It really left a bad impression.
Later, I realized I had the wrong size pants and went back in. Luckily, Sahil was there again and made the exchange process smooth and easy. Even on Father's Day morning, when I called to arrange another exchange, Sahil answered the phone and handled everything professionally. My husband was able to go in and complete the exchange with no issues.
I don't usually write reviews, but I wanted to highlight the exceptional service from Sahil -- thank you for going above and beyond! While one staff member made my experience disappointing, Sahil truly saved the day. Keep up the great work! read more
