Stay away from this place!!!! first off I went in to get a 3D tattoo, when I talked with the so called manager (LMAO), he told me that he does them, so I met with him and set up a time for me to come in and get the tattoo, this is when he told me I had to (PREPAY) first at least 50% down, well I was hesitant but did this, I then lost my father and sister and had to go to Oklahoma for funerals, got back and walked in and ask for my deposit back and of course they said to me sorry no refunds!!, I explained to them I had death certificates and such and his comment was sorry there are no refunds.....so I suggest you stay away from this place if you do not want to be ripped off!!!! they are rude and very arrogant.... read more

Wish I could leave less than one star! I spent hours driving from Tucson to get an estimate on a piece of artwork just to be denied to go into the parlor. I called hours in advance with a assistant to see if it was even possible to get an estimate today due to Friday the 13th, which she replied yes, so I made the decision to waste my gas & drive down. Very inconsiderate & flustered they were from a 20+ person line. If only they really knew how busy top grade parlors are on this day, even I was confused as to why they couldn't get me in. Next time, at least make it more structured for customers to actually want to spend money at this place. DON'T DO BUSINESS HERE! read more

My friend and I made an appointment to get a tattoo at 2 o'clock and so we called to double check to make sure that we still had an appointment and they pushed it back till three because they had not drew out our tattoos. we arrived at the tattoo shop and then we were informed that our tattoo artist had been sick and cannot make it so our appointment was pushed back to five they did not call to tell us that we cannot get a tattoo until five and they did not tell us that our artist was sick until we got there. very unreliable! read more

Jordan (4hour) really messed up a simple outline of a cross on my upper arm (I will put up a picture), I was told I was going to get a refund, after putting up a review on FB a week later I was contacted regarding the refund. They also stated that they had their lawyer I. Brown call my doctors office for information regarding my laser tattoo removal. This is not true. Medical information is protected under HIPAA laws. The manger at the laser center assured me that no calls/ information was given nor requested from the tattoo shop owner Ronna, or their" lawyer" I. Brown. Awesome! I first went there to get some touch ups on an existing full sleeve. My artist Hanalei, their resident Polynesian master, did great work and I went back to have him do a custom chest and back piece for me. So far I have had about 20 hours+ worth of work done there and their reasonable shop rate has helped out with that. I would definitely go back. Very clean, great artists and loud music. It really has that feel like a "real" tattoo shop should. read more

i just felt like the place wasn't clean like they weren't sanitizing after people, one of the guys didn't have a mask. i get why i had to take my mask off when piercing my ears but they just weren't as sanitary as any other place. and $60 for just a simple ear piercing is way too much and i thought it was weird how i had to pick a random earring off a display they had out and not in a case. (they also don't take card or cash but accept any other form of payment.) read more

I have been wanting to get my eyebrows tattooed since I'm tired of drawing them on everyday. I met with and talked to Ronna and decided to go for it. The shop was super clean and I liked the fact that she took great care to make sure that there was no cross contamination. She was great about mixing the colors she had, to come up with the perfect color for me. Ronna was great about starting off small then adding more as we went along so I could see the progress. She even gave me different shape options. She had a really light touch and between that and the numbing cream she applied I was barely uncomfortable. The color was pretty dramatic the first few days but since color fades pretty quickly I am happily adjusted now. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone for any of your tattoo needs. read more

I have been to Rebel Ink on several occasions. Each time, the staff recognizes me, greets me, consults me, and expertly does exactly what has been asked. I enjoy the sharp piercing sensation as needle slices skin. I enjoy the warm rush as it cuts thru my tissue and eventually tears it's way back out. After reading numerous great reviews for Angie at Rebel Ink, I took my 16 year old daughter in for a nose piercing. The staff was great, verifying her age and my right to allow the piercing was easy (birth certificate, my DL and her high school ID) and payment was quick and reasonable ($40). Angie really is top notch! She is funny, caring, experienced, easy going, and with a gentle touch (well as gentle as one can be as they stab a needle into your nostril) she gave my daughter exactly what and where she wanted. I highly recommend Angie for your piercing needs! read more

Rebel Ink is a great place to go for a sick tattoo friendly service, reasonable on price and have some talented artists. Nik helped me with a walk in piece, i loved the fact that i was able to look through the artists books and chose the artist that best fit my style. I hate shops that just throw an artist at you and expect them you to be comfortable with anyone leaving permanent ink on you. Will continue to go to this shop in the future!! read more

I went here for my first tattoo, and a piercing. I am very disappointed and am looking for other shops to get it covered up. My tattoo ended up crooked and not looking anything like it was supposed to. I get asked about it all the time. It's also not even colored in all the way. I was charged 100 dollars for a piece that would've cost 50 anywhere else. Also for my piercing, the piercer let go of the needle three times before she pushed it all the way through. She didn't explain how to take care of it at all. I am completely disappointed, and I would not recommend this shop to anybody. read more

This was my first tattoo at this business, although not my first tattoo. Was required to pay full price quoted up front, decided to go for it. Mistake! After three visits, my dragon was finally "done". I was done, the tattoo was not. Would not recommend this shop to anyone, and Hana...needs a new job. Absolutely Awful. My friend wanted to get a small tattoo so I agreed to get one with her. We emailed and called ahead and set up an appointment for that same day. We arrived a little early and stood at the front of the shop for 15-20 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. We finally got all set up and we sent back to the artist. Her tattoo was tiny and took less than 5 minutes, it looked decent. We were told the station had to be cleaned for my tattoo and we waited another 20 minutes until someone came and cleaned it. The artist started my tattoo, which was twice or three times the size of my friend's. After 5 minutes he proclaimed that it was done. The tattoo was barely filled in. I asked him to fill the tattoo in and agreed but also stated and asked several times, "How does it look? I can't see it". I am not a confrontational person and it took courage for me to even ask him to fill it in more. After the second 5 minute session of him filling it in, I assumed it looked ok. Not perfect but ok. He barely cleaned it and just wrapped a paper towel around it. The tattoo looks like it is 15 years old. It has gaps all throughout, and it is completely shoddy, awful work. I can't wait to pay another legit artist who can actually "see it" and fix this embarrassing mess. I will never stray from my normal shop again. Think twice before going to a shop you don't know! I would never recommend this place to anyone. You should be ashamed. read more
