Neither our agent or the sellers themselves could get a hold of the real estate agent at Pepper Group. Eventually, our agent and broker had to assume the entire buying process on themselves after the seller's agent completely dropped the ball. We were almost unable to stay within the closing timeline due to the inability of the agency to process the required paperwork with the sellers, and because of their lack of communication. Finally, within days after purchasing the house, we found that the sellers and their agent may have failed to disclose a major problem. When it became a he said/she said situation, they refused to make things right. Investors and home buyers, do yourself a favor and list or buy from another source or from someone with another agency. Be sure to thoroughly check every aspect of a house before you buy from them.

I originally found Genesis Real Estate Management here on Yelp when I was looking for someone to…read moremanage my properties in Tucson, and I'm really glad I did. Specifically, Lemonie has been great to work with. She's very responsive, easy to communicate with, and does a great job finding tenants quickly. This past year has been especially difficult with storm damage and having to replace a roof during monsoon season. Since I'm out of town for work, I was worried about how everything would get handled, but Lemonie really stepped up. She coordinated with multiple contractors, stayed in contact with my tenants, and handled everything professionally. She made what could have been a very stressful experience so much easier for me. I really appreciate having someone I can trust to take care of my properties when I'm not there. Thank you, Lemonie, for everything you do for me and my tenants!

My daughter took her senior pictures with him, and she did 4 outfit changes on location. He was so good with her, as she was a bit tentative and nervous in the beginning, but John put her at ease with his encouraging, high energy. He was super good giving her direction as well, really bringing out her personality and beauty. He also just took our family portrait for our annual Christmas card. We love you, John! We loved that John was able capture the traditional feel of our special day (which is what my husband wanted), and also take more of a artistic point of view per my request. My husband and I joked about how we really couldn't see him unless we looked for him. (unless of course he was giving needed direction) However, he was able to produce the most amazing photos of the ceremony from all angles... we have no clue how he did it. haha John also worked in a time efficient manor when it came to family and wedding party photos. He's creative with his surroundings, communicates directions well, and is time efficient in making the photos available. Was looking to rent a house from them in the fall, and everything seemed to be okay. They were nice…read moreand allowed myself and my roommates to view the house very quickly. We had to do a background check which included giving our savings account information, which is pretty compromising. As such, I asked what company the property manager worked with, and she wouldn't give me the name. Red flag right there, but we decided to continue anyway as we were pretty desperate for a place. We then went to read over the lease and things got bad. The entire time we were reading they were pressuring us to sign the lease, which was stressful and a red flag. As for the lease itself, t it was pretty sketchy. They claim no responsibility for anything structurally breaking in the house. For example, if the swamp cooler breaks, its your fault. If the roof collapses, its your fault. We tried telling them that this is against the fair housing act, but they started to act like we were stupid, and continued to pressure us to sign the lease. Ultimately, we decided not to sign the lease and could not be happier about doing so. I realize this is the first review for this place, and maybe no one interested in renting a house from them will even read it, but in case someone does; STAY AWAY. It doesn't matter how desperate you are, there are better options out there.
