They also make you pay for a full carpet cleaning which costs 500-600.00 and only their approved cleaning company to deep clean your house which also costs between 500-600. So, they get their money from your deposit and charge ridiculous amounts so you don't get it back. We paid $2795.00 and we were sent a check for $10.00. This rental company is out to make as much money as they can, and screw the renters. Please make sure to read every fine print on your lease. They do NOT CARE about anyone but their growth in revenue. Beware. And the outside "realtor" people are extremely rude and condescending. With no proof, they charged us and believed what the new tenants downstairs were reporting. We haven't had any issues with the prior downstairs tenants. There had been a lot of build up tension as this management and apartments are poorly ran. I highly RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. Besides the lack of communication and bigotry, they are infested with all sorts of bugs. They will charge and fine you even if it's not your fault without taking into consideration of the truth.
