With no proof, they charged us and believed what the new tenants downstairs were reporting. We haven't had any issues with the prior downstairs tenants. There had been a lot of build up tension as this management and apartments are poorly ran. I highly RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. Besides the lack of communication and bigotry, they are infested with all sorts of bugs. They will charge and fine you even if it's not your fault without taking into consideration of the truth. They are condescending and ignorant to any issues that arises especially if you don't agree to their idiocy.
