Barroll & Barroll is a small boutique family owned firm offering highly personalized and focused services to individuals wishing to buy or sell real estate in Ardsley Park, downtown Savannah and the surrounding areas. Margery participates in all transactions, whether her own or one of the office associates. With many decades of experience in the local market she really knows her stuff. And, she is well know and highly respected by her professional peers in the community. When one first meets Margery she may appear to be a sweet and charming Southern lady who might not take her work too seriously. Do not be fooled. While she is both sweet and charming, she is a business force to be reckoned with. She is a tireless worker always available to her clients, she knows her market like the back of her hand and has sold many, many local properties multiple times, and she gives new meaning to the word tenacious. If you want to make a real estate deal into a reality, Margery Barroll and her team are the folks for you.

I was in the process of relocating to Savannah for work and was not familiar with the area. The Barroll family came highly recommended to me by a family friend who had used them to buy a house. Larry and his family could not be nicer. They are native to Savannah and are very knowledgable of the housing market and rental properties. Larry was easy to work with and always went above and beyond to make sure all the details were taken care of. You will feel like a top priority when working with this great family!

He had been renting through them for years and spoke highly of them. Once I met Maranda and her team in-person, they were very thorough walking me through every detail. I was a little nervous at first and any questions I had the following few months they were able to answer quickly and assuredly. Ive been renting my property for over a year now and Maranda has been very helpful with my questions and answers quickly and effectively. They've communicated tenant findings and asked for feedback. In closing, I recommend Frank Moore for your renting services. They're efficient, communicate well and are genuine individuals. Rest easy knowing they're doing what's best for you while doing business the right way.

The HOA manager (of all people) is incredibly rude and dismissive. My many maintenance requests for ONE thing still have yet to be completed and no follow ups were ever done unless I called. I explain the same issue every time I get on the phone and every time I am lied to about it being taken care of or even about receiving a simple call back. I am not a confrontational person and despite my many attempts to deescalate the tone of the conversation, he still remained escalated and continued to be dismissive and degrading without giving me a truthful resolution different from the same lies I was fed before. I offered to fix the issue myself and was yelled at because 'the property doesn't belong to me'. This is NOT the place to go for any property management needs and I hope that guy has a better day now that his anger has been spent all on me.

Also charged us for a deadbolt lock that was already installed on the bedroom door by the previous tenant for $100. Charged us for blinds that were "missing" when they were taken down undamaged and in the closet of that same room. Then charged us a cleaning fee of 200 plus dollars after we spent a week cleaning out the apartment. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I lived in a pretty sweet place near Forsyth Park, but it was old and had seen the wear of time. I had my DOORKNOB fall off on my front door more than once, making me unable to leave the house (Christ!). The side panels of my fridge door (where you store condiments and drinks, y'know) was broken off and I asked if they could replace them. What they told me was, "If you were paying a little more for a nicer place, we could oblige, but you're just in that price range where we can't do anything." WHATTT, 'scuse me? I wasn't going to fight over a fridge door, but it was a pretty shitty attitude for property management. At the same time, the people who lived in the place before me had left horrible paint jobs, and I asked them to paint over the walls when I first moved in because I was afraid they'd blame it on me and steal my deposit when I moved out--and they did repaint after three or four calls. I kind of wished I received better treatment since I paid my rent EARLY every month, but I guess that's just how Mopper-Stapen rolls.
