This place wants your information and VERY detailed information before even submitting an application. Sure. fine. You need the info to submit the application. But why am I getting a newly created apple.com account wtih the matching very recent address which I know I did not use for an apple.com account, and with the credit card info that I used ONLY for the pre-application through Realty Group International? I'm also getting a ton of spam accounts signed up on various websites all in one blast, as if someone was taking my information (that happens to match what I uniquely specified for this agency's application) and signing it up for spam mail. Either the agent we had is vindictively signing me up for spam, creating an apple.com account with my information and credit card... or there is someone in the corporate agency who is doing this on his behalf, which would imply corruption and unprofessionalism. The agent was flakey about showing up to viewings after he confirmed multiple times that he'd be there. Instead of proactively calling us to let us know about any cancellations or reschedulings he needed, he waited until we had to call him, and then once he started talking, he outright lied, about what he said before. If you can't do basic scheduling and proactive keeping up with clients, don't be in a client-facing position. If you double booked, fine, just let us know. if you slept in, fine. let us know. if you need to change plans, just let us know. If you have bigger fish to fry who is a more likely candidate, OK, just ask to reschedule with us. It's far worse to try to cover stuff up than simply proactively let people know you have conflicts or issues for scheduling. To make things worse, when we asked the agent to see the homes he said he would show up for, he first responded to us asking if we filled out the pre-application, the one that costs money. So we did. Then thte next day he doesn't show up, and gives all the incongruent statements when we clearly got confirmation that he'd show up... for two separate viewings. So I feel ilke I got conned to spend money when they didn't follow through. Do I want my credit pulled and money spent towards nothing fruitful? When we can't depend on the agent to even show up or get his story straight or be honest and proactive with us, how are we supposed to trust them with thousands of dollars and papers? The nerve after all of this incongruent lies, is the agent was primarily concerned with whether he was going to get his cut and whether we were going to go through him. no apologies for the lies, no apologies for not showing up. just concern for his own meal, so to speak. NO. we are not dealing with someone like that. It's VERY easy to simply give people heads up. If you aren't oragnized enough, it's time to get organized. Handle your job. A company that lets my information get this loose, or one that employs such shady agents who would do such a thing, or one that has such low management standards that allows such a thing to happen does NOT deserve to handle thousands of dollars of your money. If you want to waste your time, risk fraudulent charges, and misuse of your personal information, send in a pre-appliaction with this company and go with agent William Martinez. And their application asks for a LOT of detailed information. Beware. Edit: Updated review to 2 stars. The CEO reached out to me, and and provided some assurances it was not a data leak on their part, providing details of what access restrictions there are. At the very least, the CEO knows how to talk to clients, is rseponsible, and is responsive about feedback and issues arising in his company. I'm not sure if I still feel comfortable with the company. But it's less likely itw as due to them. But who knows for certain. The quality of experience I received was probably idiosyncratic to the agent. But at this point, why convince yourself a bad instance is redeemable when there are plenty of competition? Before the flakiness and the lying, I would have given this company 5 stars. Why drop the ball over something so easy to not let slip, such as scheduling, being honest, and being proactive so that clients don't waste time. What if I had driven out from far away? No. Fire the agent on the spot. read more

My roommates and I really wanted a house. We finally found one. We applied. The agent found out we didn't get it on a Wednesday, but waited until Saturday to inform us, and only because I asked about it. Whatever, it's cool. Our styles aren't compatible. We wanted an agent who found it important to tell us whether or not we got a house we applied for. You know, because that's their job. RGI doesn't put that at the top of their priority list. Moving on. I ask for my application/credit score. Crickets. I send a second e-mail. Nothing. I send a third e-mail, a week later, this time marked URGENT. Suddenly, a response. I'm told my documents are being sent in the mail... because they can't be sent electronically, even though they were filled out online and contain my personal information. A week goes by. Nothing. I send an e-mail asking about the status of my documents. The agent says they had been sent out a week ago. If they're traveling only a few cities over, and they haven't hit my mailbox yet, then something's up. I don't receive them the next day, either. I ask the agent whether they're certain they can't be sent electronically. I ask if their main office or the Department of Real Estate might be able to better assist in such endeavors. My inbox suddenly lights up with an e-mail from the CEO, Michael A. Fiscina, with my electronic credit report attached and these kind words: "I sent your credit report electronically because the agent is really too busy to be bothered by your e-mail every few days and NOT because of your threats." Now they are harassing me with text messages and e-mails. I tried to respond to their emails but of course my replies are not going through (keep getting error messages) and they have totally disregarded my requests to stop sending text messages to my cell phone.
