I told them I don't have any deductible to pay. I had a stroke, and it ate up all of my deductible. I was told it didn't matter. BEWARE - this is wrong. They are in my network, meaning they have to abide by the prices my insurance set. Giving them financial information, under that pretence, would allow them to take money from your bank account or charge to your credit card without your knowing. This has happened before with a dentist I used. They charged me for what my insurance wouldn't pay. Tried to tell me they called to let me know, yeah right. In other words, it's like signing blank checks and handing them over to a business (person) you don't know.

Yasmine is also amazing at the front, always welcoming you in with a smile! I will definitely be returning here for all my skincare needs

If you're interested, they usually have specials going on whether it's for fillers, hydrafacials, cool sculpting, Botox, ect (this is just what I've seen. It'll vary when you ask). The main reason I love it here is because of the results I've experienced. Not once have I been disappointed with the results. Also, the staff is great! Taylor is super accommodating and Ashley is really good at making me look natural lol & Shout out to Tehia!! She's is a very well experienced LME. She's professional, has a lot of knowledge if you're worried/curious, and she's also a great time to chat with. So they're moving to a new location near Shilo Inn & they're also opening a new MedSpa at Liberty Hill. I'm moving near the Austin area soon, but I will literally drive all the way to Killeen just to get my routines done from Tehia and Ashley lol (but I'm sure the other locations are just as great). Seriously though, check this place out if you haven't. You won't regret it!

I wasn't given a full-body skin exam and, more importantly, I wasn't even given the opportunity to fully explain my specific concerns, including skin issues and symptoms I wanted evaluated because of my medical condition. The doctor seemed more focused on getting through the appointment quickly than actually listening to why I was there. I understand offices can run behind, but patients should not have their appointments rushed because of it. Afterward, I was expected to continue waiting even longer despite explaining that I needed to return to work. When I expressed that I was unhappy with the visit and asked for my copayment back because I did not feel I received the care I came for, they refused. I took time off work, paid my copay, and waited to be seen. The very least I expected was enough time to explain my concerns, have them properly evaluated, and feel like the doctor actually cared about why I was there. Unfortunately, I left feeling completely unheard and like my concerns did not matter.

Being the 'Aunty' i am- i require maintenance- which there's absolutely nothing wrong with. This all includes care my hair, skin, and nails. If you're like me- when I live in a city- I'd like to have 'my team' as close as possible- because a nearby commute is always lovely. HOWEVER- I'm also known for driving up to 95-minutes (one-way) for a service/treatment that's going to have me walking away SATISFIED & feeling better about myself. Well after moving to Temple, TX- i found myself driving to Austin, TX (monthly)- in search of a Skincare Specialist whom i *TRUSTED to perform facials & treatments on my skin; because I couldn't find anyone nearby I personally felt was consistent with giving me more than I expect- at a good price (considering my commute and all)... And thats why- after I find a skincare place- I join their 'membership' (hoping they offer one) to save on services & products. I stumbled across Royal Love Beauty Spa in Temple, TX; But the lack of reviews had me nervous to give them a try... I didn't want to pay for a service that'll have me walking away from, feeling like they only washed my face! Lol!.. Anyways- I'm THANKFUL that I gathered enough courage to go there- because you just can't trust ANYONE with your skin!.. And after a few months of going there- i can honestly say, I've received the BEST care for my skin than I've ever had in Austin, Harker Heights, Dallas, Beverly Hills (CA), ETCccc! My Specialist is Samantha. And she'll have your skin in the healthiest state it's ever been. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND her & her amazing staff. Their professionalism is phenomenal. You'll walk away not feeling like 'a client'- but also, 'a family member'. They offer Tanning (which i don't use because of my natural color); Lash & Brow services; Facials; Detoxification services; Weight-loss treatments; Wraps; Waxing; Permanent Cosmetics; Gift/Product shop; Etc... I can't tell you whether or not- if they offer a membership. But at the affordable price list (cheaper than most)- i never thought to even inquire about it. LADIES... I promise you will eventually tell your man/woman/person to give 'gift cards' from here for future presents... Or- maybe you could surprise a friend or Loved-one with one yourself... They offer professional services to men as well. (Photos attached are: Level 2 TCA peel (5-7 days of peeling). Noninvasive skin treatment used to treat skin discolorations, scarring, & wrinkles. Removes dead skin cells & stimulating new skin cell growth.)
