Update: I finally got an email with what was supposed to be my updated information. I attatched proof of my paid debt when I filed the dispute & they're still saying that they're not gonna change it. It's even been updated with all 3 credit bureaus. How isn't that enough proof to correct wrong information in my file? Their level of incompetence is leaving people without a place to stay. I'll be contacting BBB & whoever else I need to in order to get this problem resolved. I applied for an apartment & got denied because I was on a lease with a roommate 4 years ago & the last months rent wasn't paid. It went on my credit report, which I later paid off. I contacted Real Page to file a dispute because as of today I only have a week to move to another apartment. I was told to file one online & they could not give me an estimate on how long it would take, since I am pressed for time. It's already been almost a week & I haven't heard anything back from Real Page. I understand I'm not the only one who needs something removed from a file but peoples' lives don't just stop. I need this apartment, I can't go find another apartment because the same thing is gonna keep happening. Everything is packed up in my current apartment & it's a feeling I can't even describe when I have no idea where I'm gonna be living in a week if Real Page doesn't update my report with the correct information soon. read more

I'm really frustrated because me and my boyfriend are moving into our apartment we already got approved for 20 days ago. Out of nowhere today I got an email from Real Page and they got my address completely wrong because it stated a street named "Lava Dr". I don't live anywhere near a Lava Dr..... anyway they claim I'm ACCEPTED BUT I have to pay an additional $500 because of "Fraud Alert" which makes ZERO sense. I never had identity theft in my life and I'm not paying anyone $500 because of a Fraud Alert that does not exist due to a company that can't even get my street address right. I need this disputed ASAP. read more

Just applied for an apartment and was denied for "Criminal and other public records unsatisfactory". I pulled all my credit reports and even did a criminal background check on myself. My credit score is in the 700s. Can't get any information from them. Have to fill out a form to find out what the report even says and after filling the form out it takes 3-5 days to see it. Then you're supposed to fill out another form for a dispute that will take multiple days as well. Meanwhile i'm sitting in a hotel wondering how much money i'm going to lose because realpage just turned my life upside down. read more

You are providing inaccurate credit ratimgs. Are you in cahoots so that apartments Have To charge more deposits? You told them my Equifax rating was 683. I have credit karma who monitors my credit every month. My credit never stoops below 720. My Equifax rating same day was 740/. Crooks. I think I'll have my lawyer investigate you for fraud. I can't even say that This company deserves a 1 star review. I'm absolutely disgusted. I applied for an apartment out of state and paid $250 up front and was denied due to a animal related crime back in 2011. That's what the property manager told me. I got my Real Estate License in 2016 in which I had to get my security clearance card for so I know I don't have anything on my record besides speeding ticket that matches that date. I called the corporate office to the apartment complex and am only able to get $150 back due to this company providing false information and could take up to 30 days to receive it. I called this company to send me my report and they don't even have it?! read more

This company does not update records nor do they contact you back. I am having to go with a totally different apartment now because of them.

This really should not be a business. This place had mistaken me for someone else saying that I had an eviction on my record when I've never been evicted before. I called them every day and they gave me the run around saying that my case was being expedited but I never gotten the results. If you have a common name you are fucked because this inept ass company will assume you to be someone else and you will be punished.. read more

I was declined for an apartment on the 18th due to a 5 year old collection that I was not aware of. I followed leasingdesk's steps and filed a dispute and submitted proof of the resolved collection. This was the week of the 21st by the way. I called yesterday, the 28th, to check on the disputes progress. They said they were investigating. It's been over a week now and they still haven't fixed the issue. I am about to lose my hold on this apartment because leasingdesk is taking too long to simply call the number on my document to ensure the collection is indeed gone. This is exceptionally frustrating, especially when I placed an excellent co-signer on the application to try and avoid anything weird like this. read more

This company needs to improve its background check process. I applied for an apartment and within seconds it denied me showing a past criminal history for someone with my same name and DOB. This is a huge problem and embarrassing because I end up doing all the leg work trying to clear my name. I've asked that they use my whole social and middle name to distinguish myself from this vile human being and they stated "this is our process" and made me "once again" complete a dispute. Its not a quick process and takes a long time. In the meantime I may have to find somewhere else to live. It's so frustrating and the customer service today was not great. read more

I am having mental breakdown because of realpage. My family and I are currently on a deadline to find a place to live and after months of searching and finally finding a place we would have like to call home we were denied. I have never been denied a rental, and being that I have given my current residence notice it makes my situation even so much more depressing. I received my report from real page that shows the reason for denial as eviction! I have never been evicted or have even been to court in regards to an eviction in my life. I had a rent payment that I paid late due to an emergency that my family and I had to deal with that affected us financially, I spoke with my leasing manager about the issue and she assured me that once I paid my rent with the necessary fees I would be fine, and this was after I received my late rent notice. I paid my rent and all the necessary fees and that was that, so I was shocked when I received the report which listed eviction. It also states dismissed and a $0 balance so with that being said why is that listed on the report?? I have been living at this location for 6yrs so obviously I pay my rent. How can I get this issue fixed read more

I have yet to understand why apartments use this company unless they want to deny everything. They said I had too many trade lines which typically isn't negative if they are positive, but I have one credit card and one car both impeccable. I have almost all student loans and the apartment complex stated that wasn't a factor. It seems that no matter what positive information you have RealPage will ensure you are denied. I've worked very hard to get my credit up. I have one identify theft dispute and a police report to prove it, yet and still the complex claims "they have no idea" what RealPage uses to make their decisions, but it seems everything they stated is incorrect based on RealPage's decision. The complex says anything past three years is not an issue and I have impeccable payment history where I live, but RealPage must be going back seven to where my dispute is. So now 250 down the drain with a complex and I have to waste time either seeing how many complexes use this company for their scoring or dispute RealPage. What a nightmare. I'll never move at this rate. it's literally easier to buy a house with a 580 score than rent an apartment when RealPage is used with a 700 score. What a set up. So discouraging and wasting a lot of people's money during a very strenuous time. Shameful! read more

I applied for a property and was declined, and the apartment complex is looking into because they didnt see why I was declined. I believe there is a problem or glitch with your system, and is very impersonal. You make alot of money off application fees and basically fail more people than you pass. This is the worst company. I was approved by other apartments the same week, but decided against it because I like the apartment set up better with the one I was declined by. I think your system needs to be restructured, because it is definitely faulty. read more

Here I sit on hold for 14 minutes for an issue we have had for more than 6 months. As a vendor, this is our worst nightmare. No one ever completely knows what is going on here! Look at the reviews. Denied application to an apartment in McKinney thanks to Leasing Desk's inaccurate reporting and now we are going to lose our apartment tomorrow. Applied Sunday 10/7 and we were told we had an eviction on our report from the community we currently lease and live in and another incorrect report for $409.00 we supposedly owe from a former property we lived in 3 years ago. We left that property in good standing. Funny none of this information shows up on the credit reports I run outside of the RealPage/Leasing Desk world. We were told all we had to do was provide Leasing Desk proof that neither piece of information is correct and we would quickly be approved. WRONG ANSWER. I provided a letter from my current apartment manager stating that there were no evictions, liens, or judgments filed against us and we are and always have been in good standing. I also provided a bank receipt for the $409. Now these customer service reps (whom I can barely understand) are telling me it can take up to 30 days to correct the information and then I will have to reapply to the apartment complex and pay another application fee. Also, received my consumer report from them which is chock full of mistakes and misinformation. Thanks Leasing Desk for ruining our lives during a stressful relocation and move. I guess all the class action suits and claims have not prompted you to clean up your act to date. I have called over 20 x in the last three days and am still not clear on my status. Well I guess it is "keep checking your email" according to the last customer service rep. read more

I need to be contacted immediately. We are about to lose the apartment we applied for because of inaccurate background information. We have submitted the documents requested, but no one can give us any information as to how long the process will take and it's already been a week. They can not hold the apartment any longer and we have invested $580 between app fees, admin and app deposit. read more

I am so terribly frustrated. Myself and my children are now severely displaced due to being denied by realpage . After being displaced for 7 months due to losing everything in Hurricane Irma in Big Pine Key .I have applied to many apartments on serveral occasions and never had a problem. Of course the leasing company is using RealPage ans several people I know have had the same issues with them. I got an email saying we are denied due to Rental history unsatisfactory or insufficient Credit history unsatisfactory. Not to mention!! I applied for an apartment complex that is supposed to be easy on credit! clearly not!!The apartment complex advertises falsely." Not" easy on credit and I've have never been evicted . I'm a single mother with great income and it devastates me that realpage apparently doesn't do a fair screening process. I tried calling today and turns out I have to wait 3 days and I will have an answer .Meanwhile the leasing office States they can't overturn my application even with more money or a cosigner. I really hope I don't lose this apartment due to RealPage's pre-screening process. As this is the last three-bedroom apartment. I really hope they fix this decision so my kids can have a home to be at. read more

I just got denied today for 'criminal and other public records unsatisfactory'. What kind of BS reason is that to deny a mom and her 12 yr old daughter housing? I'm beside myself. My credit score is 660, not great, but not bad. Fair I would say. I've been employed with the same company for 3 1/2 years. The last time I rented was in 2011, as I've been living w/family since then, and I had no issues when w/my last apartment complex. As far as criminal records are concerned; first and foremost I never consented to a criminal background check. I combed through all the paperwork I signed and nowhere does it mention that they'd be looking into that. Though I assumed they might, I imagine it would have been more 'legal' if it they had asked for permission. Have I had a run in or 2 w/the law in my 43 years? Yes. Nevertheless, nothing in my criminal background reflects that I've ever intentionally harmed anyone, nor is there anything on there related to drugs, firearms, theft, fraud, or whatever else they were looking for without my permission. I literally have no idea exactly why they denied me, but I intend to find out. read more

Scam. They auto-renew your policy even after you cancel it and hope that you don't notice.

This company deserves negative stars for their LeasingDesk Software. They provide inaccurate consumer reports to Apartment Complexes that use the program. My husband and I applied for an apartment over the weekend and were declined because "Rental History is unsatisfactory or insufficient." Apparently our consumer report showed a past eviction. My husband and I have perfect history of making our payments on time and have never been evicted from anywhere in our lives. We are in the process of disputing this with the company, but in the meantime, we have lost the apartment that we wanted and are out the application fee. I have reported RealPage to the Better Business Bureau, which has tons of complaints just like ours and has even been flagged for a "Pattern of Complaints" concerning their background checks on housing applications. Apartment complexes are losing great tenants because of RealPage's bogus information. Avoid for the sake of your business!! read more

The Leasing desk software is keeping me and my wife from finding housing during our PCS. As a military member it is already difficult enough to find housing because of the income stipulations in place at most apartments, and being an enlisted member isn't the most lucrative job. LeasingDesk is very likely going to force me to pay thousands of extra dollars to find a home. Beside the inaccuracies, both my wife and I have opened disputes and haven't heard back after nearly a week. Shameful. read more

My girlfriend and I applied for an apartment rental and were denied because of eviction on my record that we had no idea was on there. I have since called the apartment management company that rented us the home and they were nice enough to write a letter to this company stating there should never been an eviction on my record, the rental that was talked about was deemed un rentable by the city. And that they would recommend us for rental. We both have solid rental payment history and now we have been denied rental. Was told someone would get back to us and that they would expedite the investigation and have yet to be called or emailed back . We have also spoke to an attorney who knows the situation and they have also called this company and was told that they would get back to him and no response has been made yet. Disappointed that we were denied rental without us able to give an explanation. We're both professional working people and pay or rent on time . read more

If I could RealPage less than one star, I would. Unfortunately, consumers are hardly the ones having direct contact with this fraudulent company. My boyfriend and I applied for a new apartment closer to his work. We received a notice that we had been auto-denied due to the fact that my boyfriend is apparently a felon. I've known him since he was 13; he's never even gotten a speeding ticket. When calling the company to discuss this obvious and gross misinformation, the reps were condescending and often attempted to get us to hang up. When he finally did get through to a manager, we were told that they technically had up to 30 days to look at the dispute, and this would utilize this entire time. We have to move out in less than 30 days and have yet to hear anything about this dispute. We may very well be homeless within the months. Had we known this would be an issue (which it wouldn't be if people did their jobs right), we would have taken into account this company's complete lack of basic common sense. Shame on this company for running this scam, and shame on the companies that utilize it to run "background checks." Years of fraud and losing/settling cases in court just attest to their disgusting track record of failing to even try to run a reasonable business. How many people do you have to screw over before the FTC shuts you down? I don't know, but I look forward to the day that this company is run into the ground. read more

Horrible system!!!! I wish I knew how to delete all of my personal and sensitive information from their system! I'm trying to apply for an apartment using this RealPage, and when I get to the end, it doesn't take my payments, and I've tried several methods. These are methods I use monthly to pay bills online, so there is nothing wrong on my end. Not only that, Each time I log in, it makes me DUPLICATE the quotes/application for THE SAME APARTMENT. Since I've tried 3 times, I now have 3 exact quotes (3 different reference numbers) for the same apartment number and move-in date in my queue. There is no way to delete or cancel a quote or delete my information or profile. After having these issues, I looked up reviews about RealPage. I'M SO GLAD MY PAYMENTS DIDN'T PROCESS since so many others have horror stories of having stellar credit scores, rental histories, and no criminal record, yet STILL GETTING DENIED and having to go through the trouble of a dispute. NO ONE HAS TIME FOR THAT--especially in this particular given time when the world is suffering through a pandemic and mass unemployment. I hate that I submitted my information to RealPage to begin with. I will be filling out a paper application to the leasing office and giving money orders the old-fashioned way! I just hope the apartment I'm trying to rent doesn't get taken in the meantime. read more

If I could give this service negative stars I would! I am relocating to Savannah and put my mother down as my co-signer just for my application to get denied by FALSE INFORMATION! I'm furious! I may be out of 200 and lose the apartment I am trying to get in if this dispute isn't handled promptly. It doesn't make any sense how this is even legal. My application was denied because they are stating that my mother has a criminal background WHICH IS NOT ACCURATE! My mother has never been arrested in her 48 years of life. Not only is this stressing me out while I try to find an apartment but it's unfair, embarrassing, and downright unjust! My mom has co-signed for me through my whole 4 years of college and never had anything like this happen hence REAL PAGE IS THE PROBLEM. I will be reviewing on every website possible until this information is updated. I dont understand why apartment complexes would use such a TERRIBLE service and I'm sure they're losing great tenants because of it and when you lose potential tenants you lose potential money!!! read more

Applied for a home lease in Texas. On-Site, a Real Page subsidiary reported a DUI conviction with a first and last name and birthdate match only...if the company has prior addresses and SSN then this should not happen. In fact, this company fined $3M by FTC in 2018 for exactly such behavior. Apparently have not learned their lesson. They have done this to me before for exactly the same thing!! Also using incorrect credit information. Equifax and TU not including a revolving credit account open and paid on time for over 20 years resulting in a credit score 100 points lower than experian score. No way to dispute missing information, only options to dispute included information. FCRA says consumer has a right to dispute inaccuracies or incomplete information. Impossible with Real Page dispute system, Same can be said for Equifax and Trans Union. Have been US government employee for 20 years with no criminal or negative credit issues. Guess it is time to make my lawyer earn his money this time since they are not taking my dispute seriously and they have already been massively fined in the past for this and are continuing their shady and illegal practices. read more

Real Page claims I actually managed to put my bank number in wrong twice, and I didn't bother to check at all if I entered the number correctly. That is extremely hard for me to believe, because I remember checking that I entered the bank number correctly. So if I did put the bank number in wrong 2 times without checking, then: 1. Even though the payment hosting website (Real Page) DID notify me via email that I put in bank information and they would attempt to process my payment... 2. ...the website DID NOT notify me ever, even 5 days later, via email that the account could not be found 3. Even though it was a wrong bank number, I was charged "insufficient funds" fee of $30--they should only be able to charge me the late fees, because had the number gone in correctly, the funds were there - which can be proven 4. The payment company representative said the transaction goes through the next business day; the bank usually takes only 2, at most 3, business days to get back, a total of 4 days 5. The same representative also tells the apartment management company (Willow Creek) THE SAME DAY of the inability to find a bank account or a wrong bank account number; the manager took an additional 3 days to notify me with a notice on my door...charging me another $10 per day when the lease says $5 per day 6. ...a notice that I do not get until after business hours--someone in the office could have emailed or called, making it a 4th day - now a total of nine days before I was notified of my payment not going through 7. There is no customer service number on either the payment portal website or on documentation for the website-payment-portal customers; I was told for 2 days by a Real Page employee that they could only talk to the apartment management to get access to my information, because the management companies are their clients, not the paying customers through their host website 8. I researched for 2 days before finally getting someone who gave me the correct customer service payment portal that could tell me what went wrong; that entailed looking at page source html and googling names of what I found 9. In that search, I found a media file on their site, a hacking tool. 10. The website portal automatically erases account information that is imputed by the customer making it impossible for the customer to see for themselves what went wrong 11. The information on the website put in by the customer is not accessible for editing. You cannot see the number to know if it is wrong once it is saved and before submitting a payment - this is crucial I do not know for sure if I entered my number incorrectly or if Real Page randomly edits numbers to increase their income, or if there was a malware, Trojan, hacking tool - fraud; or if I did put in the number incorrectly, all the above mentioned unfair, unethical business practices are fraud, because both entities are guaranteed to make more income on the mishaps of others and holding back information is to their benefit; Is this legitimate or illegal and are they doing this to other customers across the country? Or, like the law, ignorance of their unfair business practices is not a defense, and I should take a hit of $140 for a mistake I will never know, for certain, I made. I fear reporting these unfair practices to the appropriate government entities for fear of retaliation. The last time I reported a fraud by a property manager, I was retaliated upon with a bogus eviction. read more

Recently applied for an apartment and I was denied because my background check came back with an eviction! This is very upsetting to me. I have never been evicted and always paid all my bills to date. I am a mother of one and it has been upsetting to know I've been denied due to false information. I work at a great job, never been into any trouble and have always vacated my previous rental properties in within proper limits. Never, ever have I been evicted. Nothing is on my credit. I am a regional manager and our company has used RealPage/Onesite for 7 years to manage more than 3000 apartments. I decided to post this review in the hope that someone at RealPage read this and understand the frustration with trying to get your job done with a property management program that constantly crashes, lags, sends error reports, forget about getting anything done the first week of the month, reports that crashes with incorrect information ext. Whatever you are changing or doing to "improve" the program is costing me personally to loose 50% efficiency and productivity for the company I work for! I would not recommend this property management software to anyone. Advise: Get your act together and stabilize your platform that your users can get things done! read more

I usually only stick to writing postive reviews but RealPage is seriously messing up my life. I was denied housing due to a RESTRICTED document being disclosed. This is NOT legal and now I have no where to live until this is fixed, for a mistake they made by illegally sharing restricted information. I have called twice, and they have told me there is nothing to do but wait for the dispute to be re investigated. I am so heart broken that their mistake is costing me a place to live. NEVER use RealPage unless you want false records on your report to be listed. I have been waiting days for just my report, and still havent gotten it. I filed a dispute prior to the report, and told that they dont give an estimated time for disputes. This is ILLEGAL information being shared, how is this not a priority? If this isnt resolved SOON, i am looking into taking legal action because at the looks of these reviews, this company does not care or fix the problems that are ruining MANY peoples lives. Housing is essential and this company is causing people to be homeless it seems. They do not care about you. read more

I recently signed on with a property management company using several of RealPage's products and am seriously underwhelmed with all of them. Their OneSite bookkeeping program cannot even manage to total a bank deposit. Really? I am not a big fan of Yardi or Boston Post, but at least one can get daily work done fairly swiftly with these programs. PM is a fast-paced field; having to do simple math on behalf of your bookkeeping program is just ridiculous; not to mention that it requires entering and applying payments in several different steps - very user unfriendly. Simple tasks are not possible, such as a number of reports I am used to running, or looking up a payment by check number. The Compliance Depot also seems buggy and error-prone, on top of being expensive to the vendors. From what I have seen of this so far, I would not recommend One Page's services. read more

This company cost me, like many others, my opportunity to rent a house through a prospective agency by falsifying a criminal history. The first background search yielded multiple reports against me which none were valid. The first request to clear them from my history made a vague effort. Leaving 1 still false accusation stating that I had committed some crime in 2014 in Nevada. I'm a California resident with no history in Nevada until March 2015 when I've attempted to move. I sent a second request at 2pm in hopes to have it cleared by 5pm, the time the rental agency closed, so I would not be out of luck and forced to book a hotel late or sleep on the street. The request was not taken care of by that time. My application was then denied based on completely false convictions. This has now affected my character costing me money and embarrassment. Until this company takes on their responsibility to provide complete and accurate information to requests I'm afraid I'll be denied elsewhere. This difficulty with their false information cost me a $50 application fee, my chance to move in and has caused me great emotional distress. I believe this companies reckless business practice has lead to defamation of character and displays their obvious disregard for my rights under FCRA. I hardly take this lightly and will peruse the steps in order to ensure my records are made accurate and correct and attempt although I have little faith this company cares at all. read more

I am heading to Salem, MA for a year long project. While applying for an apartment RealPage provided inaccurate information about me to the complex in Peabody, MA. Due to this false information my wife and I were turned down for the apartment we desired. I am a contract inspector. In the past ten years I have worked approx 40 different projects for multiple contractors all over the country. I have never failed a criminal background check performed by a contractor, site or apartment in all of this time. In addition I've been approved by the State of Ohio for a concealed carry permit and have been licensed by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission to handle radioactive materials as an Industrial Radiographer. Yet for some reason I failed their criminal background check. I don't know what the reason is because RealPage won't tell me. I was told it will take 3-8 days to get me that info. In the meantime I may very well lose this apartment because it is in high demand. I know there is nothing in my past that should disqualify me as a renter. No felonies, no civil issues and nothing pending. I pay my bills on time and pay my taxes. To verify everything I ran my background through Intelius. Nothing came up. I have filed a dispute with RealPage and a complaint with the BBB. You should read the complaints on BBB's site. This is a garbage company doing a half assed job. (Prior Review was due to something incorrect showing on my report that hindered my family from moving, and I was told to wait up to a week even before I could know the specifics of the problem to address it with a dispute.) I am writing back to report that the company did help me get this issue resolved quickly! On my part, I had to be persistent, and a tad bit demanding due to me being in such a distressful situation. However, I spoke to some very courteous and helpful representatives from the screening departments who went the extra mile to ensure that I got my issue resolved the same day. They understood that I had a family and we needed to move immediately, and did not have 5 to 8 days to wait. So again, I am very grateful and thankful to those hardworking individuals who did not just push me to the side, but got me through to the right people and solved my issue. My views has changed about Real Page Leasing Screening, and I hope everyone else is as blessed as I was to speak with the right people who goes the extra mile for the people. I applied to an apartment complex in 2017 that used the realpage/leasing desk scoring system. Of course i was denied but NO ONE could give an explination as to why. I was just informed it was due to my credit (which wasnt the best). I spoke with the apartment complex the following year and was advised by the manager that it was becauae of an apartment complex that was paid off in 2014 and not my credit. I recently applied for a complex that uses the same system and was advised that if the same error came up, I could show the documentation, and the decision could be overwritten. But of course i was denied again because of "my credit". I am frustrated. My eligibility should be based off my rental history and not my credit. Realpage is horrendous!! Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life both to me and the property management from the apartment building I am trying to move into!!! Realpage has incorrectly reported my rental history and despite multiple dispute forms submitted with multiple forms of evidence the charge showing on my rental history is incorrect AND multiple calls to their customer service team- they still have not removed this incorrect charge from my rental history. This is preventing me from moving into my new apartment and I have been forced to pay for a hotel for two weeks now when my apartment is ready to be moved into because they will not take the charge down. All of my furniture is sitting in a uhaul waiting to get into my new apartment, the only thing we're waiting for is real page to take down this incorrect report and they are just sitting on their asses. Every time I have called I get a run around. Everything they need to correct my rental history has been submitted and they're just sitting on it and giving us all different answers. This has cost both me and the property I'm moving into a ton of extra money unnecessarily and is by far the worst rental screening system I've ever been exposed to in my life. I can not believe this company is still up and running. Do not use them, they are not reliable to the renter or the property management group!!! They want their vacant units filled as well and are just sitting on an empty apartment right now I could be moved into if realpage reported correctly!!!! read more

My name is Tamala Timmons, I had applied for an apartment at Windchase Apartments -501 East Pioneer Parkway Grand Prairie, Tx 75051. I was contacted on 9/30/2019 by leasing consultant saying the reason my application was denied was due to my credit report stating I had live in over 19 apartments and one apartment it stated I leased/rented there for a total of 10 times. I had never even been to or lived in -Tampa Fl /Orlando, Fl / Arkansas/Oklahoma. Also I was informed that I live at Clarcona Grove apartments 10 times. I had all 3 of my credit report pulled (Equifax/Trans Union/Experian and none of the apartments they stated I Iived in are on my credit report. This information is incorrect I don't know who made this mistake but it needs to be corrected. I am currently trying to contact an attorney about this matter if it is not corrected in a timely matter. When I asked for a copy of the report I was told they couldn't give it to me but they would give me some of the apartment names on it, I called 2 of the apartments on list and was informed they didn't have any record of an apartment being leased out with my name or social security number. No one is making an attempt to correct this issue! It is very sad that someone can send over false information and my life is affected by it. I am very disappointed with this system or whoever sent handled the reports! This is needs immediate attention. THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! read more

We are also in the insurance business, our last phone conversation with compliance depot prompted me to complain. They had everything they required to issue our insured their check but now they said it was so small they could not read it. I need to make the letters bigger!!! WHAT!!! There is a zoom option on every Adobe window I've ever opened. Just making up the issues as they go along. If you starting in the business try Registry monitoring they are much easier to deal with!! read more

Still have heard NOTHING from this company or had any help in resolving my issue. I contacted Pat Bonner, director of operations, in hopes that she might be able to provide some assistance on my issue and was told via automatic message that she is out of her office until a week from today (Due to spring break, I'm assuming). I call LeasingDesk and STILL am told "our research team is still processing your case and it is a high priority". It has been a week and nothing has been resolved. It should be a VERY SIMPLE FIX due to the fact that I have NO RECORD at all that would bar me from renting this apartment. I have been told that no matter which apartment complex I pursue, I will have this issue no matter what due to the background check coming back with something on my record. I have less than 2 weeks to be moved out of the place I am currently living and am very disappointed and unhappy with how this experience has gone! I thought this would be very easy and simple due to how I have no felonies or criminal record at all, I have never been evicted, I have never rented an apartment complex before, and I have excellent credit. LeasingDesk is very inefficient in performing these background checks and providing HELPFUL customer service!!!! Any help Paige, would be much appreciated!!!! read more

I recently had to submit a dispute from a previous rental property I lived at in 2014. They told me it would take up to 2 day to come to a resolution. I filed the dispute 12/17. I called at least 2 times to check the update but I have not received a phone call or email updating me on the statues. The rep who I spoke with said they left messages but no one from the apartment got back to them. So im pretty much stuck on getting a new spot because they only contact the apartment once. I want the issue resolved but I feel like I cant further do anything because there waiting for a call back . So Im frustrated at this point! ..... After I posted my review the apartment had contacted me by email with my information. This is very ridiculous i had to do my own investigation when that what the dispute is for Im very unsatisfied with my experience with the company. They still have not gave me a update or call read more
