Now, with just a couple months left on my lease, Nest Finders is refusing to repair two damaged doors, including a porch door that's a clear safety risk. My lease specifically lists "repair of inoperable doors and windows" as the landlord's responsibility, yet they keep denying service and ignoring my written requests. It's disappointing and unprofessional. After a year of being a responsible tenant, I'm being dismissed and left with safety issues they're legally required to fix. Tenants deserve better communication, accountability, and respect than this.

My door has a huge gap in it, so the cockroaches that are in every apartment come through my door. Any maintenance request you put in, they put a bandaid on it and don't fix it properly. But then they will bill you because the problem isn't there. My newest neighbor just moved in with her kids... and her unit is already flooding from an existing problem they knew about from the previous tenants leaving the place. Now there is mold in the walls, and all of us are dealing with the headache... even though JWB gutted the apartment 2 months ago for flooding damage.

They literally lied and made up that I broke the law. In less than 90 days, the owner spent over $17,000 on a rental that needed that much repair while Hover Girl Properties move in inspection states everything is in working order. To protect their own liability they have turned my life upside down keeping all the funds. When I offered to vacate provided they return my funds they refused to be mentioned in the lease termination and would not provide a cashier's check. They have an attorney that will lie about your actions to protect their liability. God help you if you do business with these people. They had so many opportunities to do the right thing they refused. Protect liability at all costs and void of empathy for anyone else.
