Absolutely horrible horrible management. They are forcing younger kids out of the complex and writing violations that NEVER happened. They blame you for the marijuanna smell from other tenants. They claimed that neighborhood cats are yours and charge you money for each violation. They do not send you your violations nor let you know about them until they give you an eviction notice. Not to mention they give you less than 30 days to get out. They are very disrespectful and take every nickle and dime you have. All the paint and carpet is in perfect condition and they are making me pay to redo both. When you put in maintenance requests to refuse to fix it. The washer and dryer eats your money and you have to use it 4 times to dry clothes. Multiple people have complained and rpm laughs it off cause they get all the extra money. They have holes in cupboards and refuse to fix them then try to pin it on you. They tried to force my neighbors to stay an extra 30 days after their lease was up and pay for rent. No one is allowed to come to your house for more than 1 day at a time. You are not allowed to have a spare bedroom with a bed in it. Its aparently a new violation. They search through your personal belongings. Clothing, laundry baskets, dressers, nightstands, coffee table, etc. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. read more

I prepared a nice apartment for rent or VRBO. I was consulted about which way I wanted to go. I decided on a 6 mo lease so I would not need to clean so often, and had a reliable income flow. Whenever I had an issue or needed access for A/C maintenance they were on top of it. They worked close with me to prevent renter from pulling a fast one on me in getting a discount if they provide their own internet access point. They picked a great and reliable tenant. Good people. I'm happy to make being a landlord a good experience rather than the nightmares I've heard from others who go it on their own. Rob & Jarilyn are real professionals, and I really appreciate working with them. After the lease was renewed, they did an inspection of the premises with photos, so I know the condition of my rental. I have had amazing results working with Sapphire Property Management. They processed and approved my application immediately and I was placed in the home with no problems. I have been renting with them now for 10 months and they are very responsive to any of the needs I have had for maintenance. I did have one instance that was slow at being resolved do to lack of communication in the office by one individual but was taken care of when brought to the owners attention. I am currently trying to find a new rental closer to work and Jorilyn has been EXTREMELY helpful in the search. When ever I submit an application she is willing to talk to me about the listing and knows what I am looking for and why the listing might not work for me.
