I'm not joking when I say that I tried calling over 15 times over several weeks to my assigned claims manager, her superior, and their coworker to get an update on the claim status without a single response back. Each time you call, there will not be an answer, and the voice message of any person you reach will promise a call back within 24 hours. You will NEVER get a call back. I'd like to specifically mention Mia Tilson and Jade Neal. I never once got any return correspondence from Jade (email or phone) and only got one a very short, defensive correspondence with Mia on the phone, who promised a follow up from Jade. Save yourself a ton of time and hassle and go through your insurance. I ended up giving the Sedgwick claim number to my insurance. While it took a few months, my insurance ended up issuing them a demand, and I was able to get reimbursed. Zero stars.

He was able to beat out every other company's rates on auto insurance by a considerable amount. Most other companies were $300-$600 more annually than his quote for the same or less coverage. In addition, he got us much better coverage on our home insurance with comparable or cheaper rates than other companies. We also have more peace of mind with the guaranteed replacement cost on the home and the rate lock on the auto insurance. One star is giving this office too much credit. I have already made a formal complaint but felt I…read moreshould leave one here as well. Judy, their office manager, is the most unprofessional state farm representative I've ever dealt with. I met with Judy on 6/4 about a claim and cancelling my insurance. She let me know that she would refund May's payment and cancel all further transactions on my account so I wouldn't have to pay anything any further. When I walked out of her office, I was under the impression that it was taken care of. Fast forward to June 10th, state farm takes ANOTHER payment out of my account. I call their office and they FINALLY cancel my auto pay and ensure that it wont happen again, and they will refund that amount to me as well. I've called every week since then, even twice a week. Fast forward to today - July 2nd. I call corporate office, they don't have any clue what is going on because nothing has been taken care of or documented. I go in the state farm office, meet with someone else, and have to break down everything to her because THERE ARE NO NOTES IN THE SYSTEM FROM THEIR OFFICE MANAGER. It was entered as a suspension (cant suspend a car unless it is totaled or a few other things that MY CAR IS NOT) -- this agent takes care of my issue after I spent 40 minutes going over everything with her. She says the system is finally correct (a month later) and explained what Judy had done/neglected to do. I scheduled a meeting while I was there for the next day with Stewart Perry & Judy at 9am. Just got a call from Judy, now that I am back at work, saying that she cant make it to the meeting I scheduled for tomorrow. I asked her what is going on, when am I going to get my refund that was owed to me 4 WEEKS AGO - her answer is "No Clue." With no effort to do anything to fix it. I have had NOTHING but issues with this office since March of this year. She blamed this issue on an agent who was not even working there when it happened!!! She was very rude, had a horrible attitude, and kept raising her voice and talking over me. I'm 100% sure that is now how you treat your CUSTOMERS. Especially when you owe your customer money. I will never give this office my business, and I will STRONGLY encourage everyone to go somewhere else or to another agent before you deal with these issues. I've been a state farm customer since I was 16 years old and have never had a single issue until I started with this office at the end of 2018. Still waiting on my money. Probably still will be when you're reading this! BEWARE!!!! Don't chance it. Go somewhere else.
