We've made more than our share of auto insurance calls as we've added and removed vehicles and included a young driver on our policy. Lisa and Niki have been ever-patient, cheerful and responsive; often finding discounts we wouldn't have thought to ask for. In the middle of tropical storm Helene the high wind tore off part of our roof. Steve responded immediately to my call even though his own power was out. With his computer battery fading he managed to enter a damage claim for us and get the ball rolling with State Farm's crisis team. Thanks to Steve I was called back right away by a coordinator who's first concern was our safety. We were offered emergency lodging and meals if necessary. We were very thankful to know that was was an option as the storm was still blowing. Give Steve's team a call. You won't be sorry!

They gave me the pitch of getting a short term loan with minimal fees to establish payment history. Once established you get the low interest SBA loan that pays off the short term loan. I have excellent credit, had several different types of SBA loans and I have never been denied a loan until now. Ed and Grant have a great sales pitch and claim to have relationships with other lenders yet nothing happens. I have not had a phone call or email responded to in over a week from ECP. ECP got their commission on the bridge loan and I am out $20k on the short term loan with nothing to show for it. Stay far away.
