So, it was a no-brainier to reach out to them. Totally professional experience. What can I say, they went beyond just helping me buy my first home, they treated me like family through the whole process from beginning to end. They recently assisted me again in helping me sell my first home and buy a 2nd home. Excited that with today's market my first homes value practically doubled so needless to say this was a smart real estate investment. We closed on that house & used that money for a new house. I have nothing but great things to say about them! I continue to recommend friends & family to VP. Hands down I would use their services again in the future & without hesitation.

From the moment we landed…read morein Dallas on a Thursday until we flew home Tuesday, she gave us her full attention--driving us from home to home, always prepared with cold drinks, sandwiches, and snacks. She made what could've been a stressful trip feel seamless and even fun. Debbie's deep knowledge of Dallas really stood out. She didn't just show us properties--she educated us on neighborhoods, school districts, resale potential, and investment value. On our second day, my husband was ready to make an offer, convinced we had found the one. But Debbie gently encouraged us to keep looking to make sure we were confident. I'm so glad she did--because on the last day, we found a true gem that checked every box. Throughout the entire process--from before our trip until we wrote the offer--Debbie was communicative, thoughtful, and fully committed. We just landed back in California and are anxiously awaiting a response to our offer, but no matter what happens, we feel incredibly lucky to have worked with her. Debbie truly goes the extra mile in every way. Highly recommend!

If you are looking for more than a realtor I highly recommend MaryBeth Harrison and Candace Barnes…read more(Dallas Native team). They have become long term friends of my family and have welcomed us into their family over the years. It's true they have an annual customer appreciation event they have been doing for at least 7 years now. You're probably thinking why am I discussing friendship in my review, well, who do you trust in a market filled with realtors? Real estate is a cyclical business and so is the occupation for some. These professionals will be around long term to help you buy and sell your home and with any other real estate related needs. They know the Dallas Metro market, hence, Dallas Native. I've used their team to buy and sell two primary homes, purchase a rental property, and use their renter agency to help locate/source renters for that investment property, and use their network of trusted partners in insurance and other vendors for improvements, misc. needs. Marybeth is professionally outspoken yet supportive of my needs. One should know what they want but be open enough to listen to the professionals to prevent buyers remorse... after all this is the largest purchase category of your life. Marybeth and Candace are the dream team to help you make it happen and make a friend along the way. Thank you friends!

But once I discovered her and reached out, she sent me a list of all available places within my specifications + specials right away. She literally did all the heavy lifting for me, set up tours and appointments, answered any and all questions (sorry, but thank you Alexa!!) and is incredibly diligent. THE KICKER...this really got me...it was FREE. I still wonder if I'll get a bill in a year (jk but kinda) because it's hard to believe that such a great service wouldn't cost me anything. Amazing.

She responds every other day once a day and keeps calling me a girl I assure you I am not a female with this company does is basically sends you a list of apartments that you already know is available because of the apartments.com but they try to trick you and tell you that the price is a more accurate. They are not more accurate because apartments change the prices sometimes by the day or even hour. this company won't really respond to you and if they do you're going to get a response every other day I wouldn't waste your time they don't have accurate pricing's nor do they know the area enough to tell you much about it I would go with a More senior apartment locator.

0 STAR REVEIW (My child started here at 7 months, and I…read moreswitched daycares at 15 months.. and I 100% should've done it sooner). Firstly, My daughter has been sick from this daycare since the start of going here. Multiple times a month she would bring something home, which isn't normal at all. I took her to the ER 6 times and she had been sick or gotten a terrible rash 15 times since she started. (A span of 8 months) my daughter had a yeast infection and it was almost fully healed when I dropped her off at daycare. When I picked her up her skin was peeling off and she had blisters. I had to start the process of healing all over again because of their negligence. I asked them to change her every hour and they didn't listen to me. When I asked about it they said they just "didn't log the times they changed her in between". I got calls up to 3 times a week every week because something was wrong, or I needed to come get her, or they would diagnose her with some illness that they're not authorized to even do. I went to the dr. Multiple times because of them not letting her come to daycare due to them self diagnosing her and not letting her come to daycare. On another note, I have picked my daughter up and many times where someone would tell me how they fed her their own personal food for lunch and how much she loved it. THINGS I DID NOT BRING OR AUTHORIZE ...SHARING THEIR FOOD OFF THEIR FORKS TO MY CHILD!!! I also picked her up one time and her teacher asked me if she was allergic to anything.. I said no, why? She continued to explain to me that she had just given my 13 month old a bite of her sonic strawberry milkshake, and didn't think about her being allergic to it until after she gave her a bite. The woman who runs the daycare (Samantha) would tell me how she shared her Chick-fil-A salad with her for lunch... another worker told me how much Scarlett loves pineapple, Olive Garden salad dressing, AND DONUTS. That right there in itself breaks so many codes that this place should honestly be shut down. They also sent her home very dirty every day. They NEVER wiped her face, even when she was sick so many times, I would pick her up with dried snot all over her face. When I had picked her up when they were playing outside she always had dirt all in her fingernails, all over her face.. she had been eating the dirt and sticking wood chips in her mouth. I asked about this and told them to please not let her eat the dirt and wood chips and her teacher replied by saying that "they give them snack outside and sometimes she drops it and picks up dirt and eats that instead." ... I wish I was making this up.. why are they giving toddlers snack outside? They could so easily choke on things so I'm not sure why they're standing up, outside eating their snacks while running around and playing. This daycare is also supposed to take photos everyday of your child, they won't. And when they do submit a photo of them 9 times out of 10 there's a teacher in the background, ignoring the toddlers, on their cellphones. I can't count how many times I picked my daughter up to see both teachers on their cell phones. She would come home everyday exhausted, and very unhappy, I thought it was just because she was tired.. nope. When she started at her new daycare I noticed she's the happiest I've ever seen her, and that lasts until bedtime.. at the other daycare I would pick her up and she was immediately in a terrible mood for the rest of the night. Unfortunately this makes me realize she wasn't treated right..I can't even imagine how she was being treated and I feel awful for sending her here. I've heard them yell at my baby for trying to get something off the counter, and I'm talking yelllll. I should've known to leave then and there but I just didn't and I deeply regret it. She would come home with scratches and bruises and bite marks EVERYDAY!! and apparently every time no one had known what had happened to her. Every time I tried to call or get in contact with the daycare they either didn't answer the phone or when they did it was clear they didn't want to be bothered. And I got the same treatment when and If I had a special request for her... i would be told they would do it for her and then find out they didn't do it at all. I'm really sorry for the long message but parents need to know this before deciding to send their kids to this daycare. It's filthy and the people who work there are negligent and breaks so many codes.. it might be the cheapest option but it's far from the best. We're at a daycare now that is so clean, feeds her three meals a day including snack, and I have access to all the cameras so I can view her at any time of the day now, and they are going to teach her sign language and Spanish. All for $60 more than apex. Please if you care about your babies, look into other options before sending them here.

Pros: * Great staff * Timely and reliable maintenance * Walkable location, close to Victory Station (DART) Cons: * Event‑related traffic (outside the complex's control) * Visitor parking location (addressed during leasing conversations) * Outdated callbox and traditional key/fob entry system; newer complexes often use keyless Yale locks, and some entry points can be inconsistent Why You Should Live Here: I've lived in several apartment communities, and none have been as engaged with their residents as Arpeggio.
