The Name at Mr. Cooper has changed since they have been known as Nationstar but let me tell you their unscrupulous business practices have not. What an unbelievable worldwind Ocwen loan put me through. We had completed our trial modification when they claimed I did not make the 3rd payment on time. I was so upset I had now lost my modification. I was ready to just quit & move out. We also now had our Second mortgage with SPS looking to foreclose because we were so far behind in payments and we had no funds to hire anyone to help us. We called one local Lawyer and he said it would be a minimum of 8 thousand just to work with him with just the SPS issue. I was up very late searching on Google and found Real Estate Solutions. The very next morning Gonzalo Mata was on the phone with my Wife explaining the process and what SPS was trying to do even though Ocwen had originally made an offer. We did a 3 way call with Ocwen and realized this scenario was above our basic understanding and it would be best to just let Gonzalo and his team take over from there. We ended up getting a permanent affordable loan workout with Ocwen which was better than their 5 yr term original offer. The Processing team stopped SPS in their tracks on trying to foreclose by paying off Ocwen with their strategy. Our Mortgage issue began with Ocwen when our adjustable rate mortgage increased. My husband now Ex was working less hours at his construction job so we started having issues paying our bills with a much higher payment and all. The Loan process in general can be very confusing especially when you are trying to do everything on your own. Being a Single professional career women I have always done everything from A-Z on my own. Car, Home, Insurance you name it. I got my first mortgage in the 90's and this is my second home I have had in CA. Unfortunately, my loan was Sold to Caliber from Banc of Ca and things let's say went Haywire. They never received my two most recent mortgage payments and supposedly I didn't pay the third one, so here I am 3 months behind first time in my life might I add with No real guidance. I had similar experience with Real Estate Solutions as the real reviews below and in the Yelp "filtered section". These guys are excellent with negotiating Mortgages. Chase mortgage should be ashamed of themselves for putting my mother and our entire family through what they did. No options and facing imminent Foreclosure, I was able to get Gonzalo on the phone with my lender right away. Real simple just do a 3 way call with your lender and Real Estate Solutions for FREE. Ryan was super informative about how the lender process works and Gonzalo executed what they told me they could do for us strategy wise. Again the proof is always in a company's work. Disgruntled victim type opinions do not matter in real life. Not only did I understand where I was at that moment but we were able to take action steps to correct our past due status with Chase. My husband Eddie first spoke to Real Estate Solutions on March 2018, however we decided to wait until we received our Notice of trustee sale in June to move forward with them. What I can say is do not wait until your home is up for auction. Unfortunately, I lost my job so we went from two incomes to one and that put us in a hardship and with all our bills well you know how that goes. I am very pleased with Real estate solutions and all their work. We had fallen behind on our second mortgage last June with Citibank and then they tried foreclosing on us.
