Dustin is probably one of the friendliest and most relatable people, but is also always ready to throw down for his clients to make things happen. Dustin really knows his stuff and is AMAZING at what he does, he always offered us his knowledge and advice, but also was open to all of our input and treated us as teammates. We really did have the dream team of the home buying world and I can say with complete confidence that we would not be about to move into our dream home without them. THANK YOU!

We don't live in the area, so Lora gave us very good advice about which neighborhoods to look at that would have what we wanted- walkable, close drive to shopping, well maintained homes, low traffic, low crime. We found a great home in Little Chico Creek Estates that had exactly what we were looking for, was mobility friendly, and move-in ready. We were able to close our sale quickly, and Lora proved to be an excellent negotiator, sticking firm to our offer price. We felt good knowing that we had someone in our corner really willing to roll up her sleeves and go to bat for us! My last move was from Florida to Chico, CA. to be closer to family. I rented until I was more situated to a new city. Both my children went to Chico State, so I wasn't totally unfamiliar. I always loved Chico charm. My daughter recommended Megan Haimbaugh to be my Realtor since she did such an awesome job for them. I found Megan at an Open House she was hosting and introduced myself. I had a 6-month lease so I let her know I was just getting familiar with neighborhoods, etc. and what I was looking for. It would be IDEAL, I told her, if I could live close to my daughter's family. Lo and behold! Megan sent me to look at a new listing, just getting on the market that day because she said it was perfect for me. It was earlier than I was thinking, but interest rates were rising and I didn't want to lose this opportunity. It was the right price, the right size, the best yard ever and only 4 blocks from my family! Megan is terrific. She is always looking out for me, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, answered all my questions and is so easy to work with. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars. She started guiding us on how to prep our house for sale and began to show us what was on the market. Long story short, after Becky had worked so hard to get us what we wanted, we walked out on an offer at the last minute of contingency. She was so gracious and lovely about it! When we got ready (again) about a year after that, Becky was ready to help us again and NEVER said word one about how we had left her at the altar the last time. This time around we found a fixer-upper by the park immediately, and our realtor recommended several professionals to contribute to our remodel when it seemed that nobody was available. She got our large house sold, after much work and lowering of our expectations, paying for some of the buyer-requested repairs herself to get the deal done. Through all of this, her sunny personality and down to earth honesty kept us going when we needed a boost. Becky is still supporting us now, after we have owned our new house for three months!
