We found a great home in Little Chico Creek Estates that had exactly what we were looking for, was mobility friendly, and move-in ready. I always loved Chico charm. My daughter recommended Megan Haimbaugh to be my Realtor since she did such an awesome job for them. I found Megan at an Open House she was hosting and introduced myself. I had a 6-month lease so I let her know I was just getting familiar with neighborhoods, etc. and what I was looking for. It would be IDEAL, I told her, if I could live close to my daughter's family. Lo and behold! Megan sent me to look at a new listing, just getting on the market that day because she said it was perfect for me. My 90 year old mother has been living for 35 years on her 20 acre olive orchard in Orland. When…read morethe day finally came that she agreed it was time to come live near family, I immediately started searching for a realtor who had experience selling agricultural property, specifically olive orchards. I found Johnny's name on an agricultural real estate website and saw that he had sold an orchard near my mom's the month before, so I called him. He called right back and discussed the property. My husband was up visiting my mom a few days after I spoke to Johnny, so we made arrangements for Johnny to come out and meet my mom and husband and see the property. Being 90 years old, my mom's a bit of a crusty little scrappy gal, so I wanted to be sure everything went well -- I let Johnny know my mom would require he run everything through me, which she always does. He was very accommodating in keeping me fully in the loop on all aspects of the transaction. Johnny did a lot of work to get my mom's property sold. He arranged for all the inspections in advance so we could let the potential buyers know what they would be buying since it was an "as is" sale. Johnny found the perfect buyers and the property sold less than 8 weeks of being on the MLS. Johnny always drove out to meet with mom and he walked her through all the paperwork and the sales process and made it completely stress free for her. Mom gets stressed easily, so Johnny's kind and patient nature made all the difference. Mom's moving down to live with me in So Cal and our family couldn't be happier to know she's safe and sound and no longer living on a large property all by herself. My brother, sister and I are very grateful for Johnny's work and how he made what could have been a very difficult undertaking easy and streamlined. I highly recommend Johnny Klinger from Century 21 Jeffries Lydon to be your real estate professional.

She started guiding us on how to prep our house for sale and began to show us what was on the market. Long story short, after Becky had worked so hard to get us what we wanted, we walked out on an offer at the last minute of contingency. She was so gracious and lovely about it! When we got ready (again) about a year after that, Becky was ready to help us again and NEVER said word one about how we had left her at the altar the last time. This time around we found a fixer-upper by the park immediately, and our realtor recommended several professionals to contribute to our remodel when it seemed that nobody was available. She got our large house sold, after much work and lowering of our expectations, paying for some of the buyer-requested repairs herself to get the deal done. Through all of this, her sunny personality and down to earth honesty kept us going when we needed a boost. Becky is still supporting us now, after we have owned our new house for three months!
