I seriously wasn't planning on doing more than a pop in and look around but ended up spending like 2 hours wandering around lost in my wonderment. They have anything and everything both new and old and really really old. They have a vast selection of all of the lovely and sometimes freaky things including the largest collection of puzzles I've ever seen in one place. And the vendors inside along with staff are super helpful and friendly and they have buggies both large and small to gather up all of your finds as you peruse the plentiful isles. And one thing I especially like about this place is how spacious it is. Big wide isles so you don't feel paranoid about accidentally brushing up against something and breaking it. Prices are just right, not too pricey but priced reasonable. I highly recommend!!!

Some vendors have staff that can help you find something in particular while others didn't have anyone proving service. I came across numerous cast iron pans and a few pots and several with brand names I've never seen previously. Most seemed to be priced quite reasonably. One particular vendor had crates and crates of old albums from the 50's through the 80's and it brought me back to my teens going to our local music store and browsing through each record. I'll definitely be going back around Christmas to get several. The prices ranged from $2.00 - $5.00 for the albums with the average being $5.00. There is one central check out location by the exit and it seems to move quickly.

Since many of the chain thrifts have super organized and color coded their merchandise we have become spoiled shoppers! Wanda's is straight old school and I love it! They have this and that and all kinds of what nots. I spend hours in there. The lady has always been friendly and amazing to me and Monica the cat omg! What a gem she is as well. Here are some tips to help with shopping at Wanda's: -There is a restroom just ask -IT IS LOTS OF STUFF!!! -Short hours closes at 3:00 -Closed on Weekends but open one Saturday per month. I forget which Saturday call and ask. -An amazing basement full of furniture and large items. Really dark and quiet down there so take a friend. -Prices are high on some things. Ask about negotiating on some things. She may work with you. -So much old back in the day stuff! Love it. -Bring young people in there to show and teach them about the nostalgia of the old A&P and the history of an old supermarket chain. -Have fun while shopping in there. So much to learn from the old items. -That's it.

They have great items - they are just way too expensive for a vintage piece. That said if I was looking for something specific and they had it I would pay the price. Their customer service is good. I liked that they didn't hover rather waited to ask if we needed help. That said, two of the three were on their phone behind the counter not paying attention to anything. The third and likely the owner was stamping bags but working. What is with this younger generation! I will be back if looking for something specific.

There's no reason to charge $30-$95 for the exact same pieces of clothes I could find at any goodwill for $4. And don't get me started on the "vintage". $380 for a Metallica t shirt? Come on. It wasn't even just a few things, everything in that store was at a ridiculous price. There was a "sale" area where everything was $20... sorry I don't want a pilling sweater for $20 or a random donated tee shirt for $20. I don't even buy a lot of new clothing for that. Did love the plant section though!! I got a cute cactus for $5 :) but yeah, as someone who thrifts and also enjoys vintage sellers, this was a hard no for me. Super cute and fun to walk around though. Like the attached coffee shop and staff were friendly
