Mr. Bryon was amazing, super nice and easy to talk to. These folks got me out of a 20 year tax nightmare. I'd highly recommend them, or I'd recommend them highly.

There were complications with my taxes due to the LLC I started in 2016, but Dave was efficient in taking care of all my concerns. I can say that I will be happy to return to Northshore Tax next year. I will be happily recommending Mr Saari to all friends and family. I wish I could give an extra star due to the high quality of service and professionalism.

There is no excuse for a basic tax meeting to last 4 hours and for you to tell me your grandparents history. My second complaint is that his personal values seemed to interfere with his client interaction. He was clearly uncomfortable with non-traditional families and made it apparent with long sighs and apologies for how we live our lives. My third complaint is that although he was given documents in February, he waited until the 11th hour to actually file the taxes. I was on the phone with him for hours the night of the submission. This is very disrespectful for people with demanding jobs. My final complaint is that he has yet to return our original documents and a complaint has been filed with the IRS. I cannot recommend this service.

I just got the dreaded letter from the IRS, stating a problem with my 2009 return--she was quickly able to identify the problem (not my fault) and sent the required information to the IRS. I recommend her without reservation.

We live in Metairie and we were pleased that we can get to her office on the Northshore in just 35 minutes! Christie is thorough!! She not only provided the services we requested, but she also gave us recommendations and options that we didn't even realize we needed. She is detail oriented and an absolute pleasure to sit down with, even when dealing with difficult decisions and/or topics. Her team of Chrissy and Phyllis all work together fluently and seamlessly. The whole process went much smoother than I expected. What left the biggest impression on both Me and my Mom, was the way she listened to our concerns and explained everything to us in a way we could both clearly understand what was happening ,every step of the way. To be quite honest, I thought the cost of what we were needing to get done would be much more than it was. Mom feels like she got top-quality service at a reasonable cost and I agree. I'm planning on seeing her again to restructure my Will and Estate plan. I highly recommend Christie and her team for any legal services you may need. My Mom is 85 and to be able to get everything we needed done in one place was well worth the short hop across the lake. Christie and her team really took care of us!!

But it's actually an open office with a waiting area that takes walkins. A couple items I intended to write-off I was told werent worth it. Seemed a little rushed as the walkins were piling up. They gave me paperwork that I looked over when I got home. Seemed to be very in-depth with how they depreciated some of my assets, but I just wish they had taken the time to walk me through the how and why. But for a basic tax service, I'd recommend. Probably not for a business owner with tons of expenses/write-offs.
