My third complaint is that although he was given documents in February, he waited until the 11th hour to actually file the taxes. I was on the phone with him for hours the night of the submission. This is very disrespectful for people with demanding jobs. My final complaint is that he has yet to return our original documents and a complaint has been filed with the IRS. She even had her assistant hang up on us three days before court. She entered in evidence that we had to demand the day before court since she refused to do so by the due date given. It was a complete embarrassment going to court with her. She was speechless in many accounts when the opposing lawyer asked for the evidence backing our claims. Do not hire this lawyer. She even claimed when me and my wife had our appointment the day before court that hearsay would be allowed because it was family custody court. Over two years of giving this woman money and us building our case she sent in maybe 5 screenshots that did not show the abuse we had proof of.
