We have a lot bottles left behind and I am not sure who else to contact from this company to ask them to pick them up. I am hoping that by looking at this post someone will reach out and pick them up. I know I could just throw them away, but I would really want someone from this company to pick up their bottles. The website is awful, the service is awful on the phone, and when I thought I finally got set up - which took over an hour on the phone- I called to make a change the day before I was supposed to get it, and they didn't even have my delivery set up! I made a bunch of arrangements because we had to be home for the first one, and if I hadn't called we'd be sitting there all day for nothing! Never, ever again. read more

I am supposed to get a delivery every two weeks but that hasn't been happening (see pic). Initially, I thought the delivery issues I was experiencing (chronic cancellations and rescheduling) were isolated to my account, but after looking at the Yelp reviews for all the other ReadyRefresh locations, I realized this was not an issue with a single distributor. ReadyRefresh is owned and operated by Nestlé Waters North America and have an average rating of 1-star to 1.5 stars at all the locations I reviewed. Then Alhambra was taken over by this company ReadyRefresh Water * Then the problems begin. From being charged a statement billing fee (I elected to have eletronic billing). * Requesting additional water to be delivered (changed online and then called customer service, to verify my change) and I still did not receive the amount requested, this has happened for 2 different deliveries * You really need to check your delivery calendar, because in some months you will receive 2 deliveries (I increase my delivery amount, then skipped the next delivery to avoid an additional delivery fee; I need to save money anywhere I can). * Calling customer service and no matter what, the agents will continually interrupt you, I am constantly asking these agents to allow me to finish my statement before they. If I could not put a star, that is what I would choose. ReadyRefresh started out really good. Arrived on schedule days, then they updated their website. Website, which had been user friendly, all of a sudden became difficult to navigate, and for me always signing me out when I was trying to arrange my schedule as the schedule they set was all over the board, even skipping two to three weeks, when I was on a weekly delivery schedule. I have not had a delivery for over three months. They claim some of my payments bounced, when in fact per my bank, the payment went through. Now fighting with them regarding that. These bottles have been sitting on my front porch for 5 weeks now. I have requested account to be closed for over a month. Spoke to customer service via phone and chat multiple times. Each time, I have requested bottle pickup. They claim they schedule it for two to three days out. Spoke to Jessie on the phone this morning. She claimed my account was not closed, and the first availability to pick up bottles was 6/23/22. When I requested to speak to a manager, she placed me on hold for 40 minutes and then hung up on me. I called back, got Jessie again, after placing me on hold for 16 minutes, she hung up on me. I called back, got Jessie again and after placing me on hold for 31 minutes, she hung up. If you are considering ReadyRefresh, do not do it if you would like water delivered in a timely manner. read more

Things started out fine. Leased a cooler and got the three bottle plan. Deliveries were on schedule. Then the cooler started making loud noises. Found their repair service so they could come check it out. No dates were available. So wrote their customer service email. They replied in 8 days they want to collect the cooler. They came on a random day to get it and I wasn't home, so stepdaughter told them to just take the empty bottles. They did that but didn't replace the bottles. So on my next delivery day, I just left the cooler out. This time they took the cooler and did nothing else. Yes on the scheduled delivery day, they just finished taking everything. So for about 15 days now I've been paying for their services without being able to use them. To top it off their cust service email is woefully unresponsive and to make any changes via phone call, it's ~4$. And despite their email showing the offices being open Saturday, upon calling and spending 10 minutes with their menu ... "sorry, our offices are closed." I'm currently shopping around for another service. It's a shame as CostCo refers customers to these guys, so I'll be calling them to complain as well. read more

Worst customer service! They charged me twice for the water cooler at full price of $299. But yet continued to charge me for the monthly rental fee. Beware of their shady billing. Also it is IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of customer service. read more

Cant understand how they remain in business, have had service for four months and only received two deliveries but have been billed for every month, driver claims we have been closed each time he comes. However our Security Cameras don't even even show a truck on the street those days. Have called repeatedly and been assured they would deliver the next day but same thing each time, driver told my office manager he doesn't want to deliver because he has to carry bottles up one flight of stairs, too bad... Was scheduled each of the five days this week but did not get any deliveries at all. I even got billed for the delivery this week that didn't happen. Made the mistake of ordering water from Ready Refresh. To say that this service is terrible would be a complement. On numerous occasions they cancel or reschedule, and they don't reschedule once, sometime four or five times. The other day, they notified me the day after they were scheduled to make a delivery. Is it possible to be as bad as this company is, and continue to be in business. I have a request for Yelp, please let the reader rate a zero, as ready refresh would be the business for the new zero rating. read more

Horrible service!! Stupidly I believed them when they gave excuses for no water over 7 days!

Received another notice from Read Request on November 23rd, 2019 that payment be made on the amount I am contesting. Instructions sent with the first bill states that I don't have to pay the disputed amount while it is being investigated and that the account won't be reported as delinquent or that they will take any action to collect the amount in question. . A late fee of $20.00 has been added to the amount in dispute however and will continue to be added each month the disputed amount isn't paid. I cancelled delivery after the first delivery of 7 bottles. Even though I had cancelled a driver showed up later so I accepted two more bottles. I calculated the cost of the delivery for the 9 bottles received and sent a check for that amount which they cashed. I also sent a copy of the last payment I made to Crystal Springs. The first bill I received from Ready Refresh had a balance of zero followed by a bill which they claimed I owed Ready Refresh as the new owner. (I didn't receive a bill from Crystal Springs as unpaid) Because the card I received was mailed at a presort first class rate which to the best of my knowledge must have 500 pieces with the same first three number of the zip code I am wondering if Ready Request billing has affected other customers with a zip code starting with 934---- I've tried calling customer service but was told there would be a 25 minute wait. I tried contacting them on the internet but couldn't post my concern because I had cancelled my deliveries. What to do? 10/20/18: UPDATE! Upgraded from 1 Star to 3 Stars as the delivery has been right on schedule the last 2 months. Will update rating in a few months once we see the consistency! Also sounds like my specific location may be a staffing issue (to be fair)! Original Review: Nestle's ReadyRefresh delivery service has been frustrating and completely unreliable. They provide customers with a calendar showing their monthly delivery date, but the deliveries never happen when scheduled and sometimes not at all. This month, I received a text confirming my delivery...then another the next 3 days stating that it was rescheduled to "tomorrow". Then after 4 days the texts stopped and my delivery was just skipped/missed/cancelled by them. Now my schedule shows the next delivery is in September. I called 3 days ago and placed a new order (since the last one never happened without explanation) and they confirmed it for today 8/15. I call customer service to check status.....its been rescheduled to tomorrow!#$%@$. Time to cancel this service and find a new one or just go pick it up myself. I will grant it one star for the employees that work the call center and provide friendly service. I do not know how they go to work at Nestle everyday when the reviews clearly show that they must field calls from dissatisfied customers that are looking for their deliveries. I think it would be a wise PR move for Nestle to close this division of their business since it seems to be negative weight and the bottom line is - they can't deliver!
