USE ANOTHER COMPANY This company was great before Primo…read morewater took over. Even then, we had a couple drivers that were really good with us and worked with the bad system that Primo put in. Now, our good drivers have been replaced with... well... I don't know who these guys are. You order Alhambra, and they try to bait and switch you by delivering Pure Life, which I can buy at the grocery store for half the price. I called customer service and waited 20 minutes on hold and was told they would replace what they delivered. The driver showed up and once again, dropped off Pure Life. Wasting a valuable work morning on the phone with them again for another 45 minutes. Supposedly they are going to refund this incorrect order and try to call the driver back out here to replace. We'll see if this happens. Either way... I'm stuck with Pure Life while I wanted the Alhambra brand that I wanted? Why are they pushing this crap brand on me? Alhambra used to be a really good company. It's sad to see them become part of such a shady company.

Like others I've been with them 15+ years. It's expensive but was an easy way to go. BUT,…read more recently they changed delivery times, and cut off messages, so I didn't get my empties out on time. Next delivery I made sure my order was 4, and I put out 9 empties. Driver delivered 9 which is 18 weeks worth (3 months!) I messaged through the website and was told "sorry for any inconvienience, if you don't have room, we can pick up, BUT CAN'T CREDIT YOU". Citing health code reasons they can't resell them. I think the least they could do is defer the billing 2 months. All their fault, All my problem. I just canceled my account as I used up my water, and not trusting them, took my stuff to them to turn in. I have to say as "No Customer Service" the parent corp is, Gus at the Salinas location is a true gem. I can't stress what a good experience I had. What a great guy. I hope they realize how valuable he is.

I have been a loyal customer of this laundromat for a VERY long time, but after my recent…read moreexperience, I will not be returning. I came in with six or seven loads of laundry, so I was constantly moving between machines, loading clothes and adding detergent. I had only been there for about 20 minutes when the owner approached me in a very casual, unprofessional manner and asked if I had clothes in one of the washers. He pointed toward the front of the laundromat and said someone had pulled them out because they were "just sitting there." I told him those were my clothes and explained that I was the only person handling several loads. With only two hands, it naturally takes time to get detergent into every machine. I had already added detergent to that washer, and instead of taking a moment to ask the customers in the building if the load belonged to anyone, someone removed my clothes with the detergent still all over them. What disappointed me the most was the complete lack of accountability. There was no apology, no acknowledgment that what happened was wrong, and no effort to make the situation right. Instead, I was questioned about what time I arrived and whether I had even been inside the building. Ironically, he even admitted he had seen me when I arrived, which confirmed that I had been there the entire time. To make matters worse, I had stopped at the store beforehand and only had enough money to buy a small bag of detergent powder. That detergent was mostly wasted when my clothes were removed from the machine, and I was left with the inconvenience and expense of having to figure out what to do next. If a washer contains clothes covered in fresh detergent, the reasonable thing to do is ask the customers inside if the load belongs to anyone before removing it. Assuming it was abandoned without making any effort to verify ownership is unacceptable. I was so upset that I took my wet clothes to another laundromat to finish drying them. This experience showed a lack of professionalism, respect, and basic customer service. I also can't help but think about how frustrating this would have been for someone who is elderly, disabled, or doesn't speak English fluently. Situations like this should be handled with much more care and consideration. Unfortunately, I will not be returning, nor will I recommend this laundromat to others.

About a year ago my Rheem water softener died so I decided to up my game and purchase one from the…read moreClean Water Systems because I thought they would carry a better product and I would get better service if needed than from a big box store---NOPE! First-I paid almost 3 times as much for the system than if I would have purchased one from Home Depot or Lowes. Second-The installation I had done on this new product was done by a pro and the programming of the unit went well. Third-Soon after the system was installed it began doing erratic things like regenerating at different times than the one that was set. The regeneration time was cleared and reset multiple times only to have the softener revert. Fourth-I called and Emailed the customer service rep. and he tried to correct the regeneration problem by walking me through the steps but none of those fixes worked. He then contacted the manufacturer and they responded with a new fix but that did not work either. Fourth-The owners manual is THE WORST!!! It is just a cobbled selection of random instructions, almost like you walked into the middle of a conversation and then try to understand what is the gist of that conversation. Early on when I commented on this I received a call from someone at the Clean Water Store and she wanted to know and understand how they could improve the manual. I suggested she look at how Rheem or Whirlpool or GE does it. Their instruction/owners manuals whether printed or online are clear and concise. Doing so would probably eliminate many questions and Emails to the service reps. Fifth-Here I am a year later with an outstanding service ticket. A few days ago the rep. contacted me and said he was going to close out that open ticket. I replied the manufacturer never helped us correct the regeneration problem. He stated, they never got back to him. Sixth-My impression and experience shows that once you purchase from the Clean Water Store you are on your own. The service rep. tried his best but like me he was left in the lurch. The warranty on the product from the manufacturer is worthless, it means nothing. The owners of the Clean Water Store should take heed, they can not ignore ongoing product problems that affect their customers. If they continue to not serve their customers, their customers will find a company that does. STAY WAY! You would be better off throwing your hard earned money in the street.
