When he completed the job he rang the doorbell again and let me know the different ways we could pay: invoice via email, check, CC, etc. All in all it was a quick and painless process.

When Ken received my service request for water filtration, he was visibly disturbed by what we were dealing with and personally came first thing in the morning to address the issue. Ken educated me that simple filtration was not enough, that by trying to filter something like this you actually just create a breeding ground for the parasite/bacteria. That can be seen in my washing machine filter that just acted like a catch bowl for them. He made it clear that I needed a complete treatment system to kill everything before being filtered. Ken assured me he could fix it and provide me with amazing water. He did not disappoint. My water is now so good you can drink from the shower or even the toilet tank. Taking a shower in it is like nothing I have ever experienced, the feeling is beyond description. You must feel it for yourself to understand, and to that point I tell everyone that comes over to take a shower because it is life-changing. Shampoo and conditioner are not even needed. As for drinking it, wow! Voss water is pond scum in comparison. You have not had bottled water this good! Even our ice cubes from our cheapo ice maker come out clear. Oh so nice is Twice The Ice! These automated ice machines are just awesome because they are…read moreconvenient and very well priced for ice and bottled water. For example you get at this Twice The Ice location you can get a 10lb bag of ice for $1.50 or a 20lb bag of ice for $2.00; if you went to Publix you'd pay $2.43 plus tax for 10lbs and $4.41 plus tax for 20lbs of ice. And this location also has purified water that allows you to fill your own jugs for a lot cheaper as well. I use my reusable 5 gallon jug and fill it for only $1.00; at WalMart I'd pay $6.50 plus tax for an exchange. They also sell 1 gallon refills for $.25 and 3 gallons for $.75 at this location. You just can't beat that! But it's not only saving money, it's also convenience. You just pull your car up and grab your ice or water and hit the road. No having to go into a store and wait in line for a cashier or self checkout. So yes! Twice the Ice is oh so nice!
