Unfortunately, our experience has been very disappointing. Not once was the water delivered on the date that was originally scheduled. On several occasions, the delivery was rescheduled two or even three times before it finally arrived. In addition, because our office is located in a commercial building, deliveries are often left in random locations without notice, making them difficult to locate and causing unnecessary inconvenience. read more

I am following up on my refund once again. It was not resolved, i wasn't refunded as I was told i would be. I was charged when i received the incorrect order. Now i'm being ignored. I don't understand how a business can operate in such an unscrupulous and unprofessional manner. Customer service awful, mailboxes full and when you get through they are just stalling asking the same questions telling you they will look into it and no one actually helps. They are thieves, don't order from them. read more

Worst service ever!!! They are constantly canceling deliveries. And you can't get through to customer service!! Waiting over 4 weeks for a delivery, that's the last straw I'm done !!! Can't even call to cancel had to skip ever delivery scheduled! Sent message to cancel account response was "We received your message and will be in touch within 5- 7 business days." are you kidding me!! AVOID THIS COMPANY!! read more

Horrible water delivery company. Water is fine, but cancels deliveries every order. Late order, expecting a water delivery once a month shouldn't be a big deal. Whoever is running this company should be fired. When you call to talk to one of the reps who barely speak English they just make up numbers on the spot and act like you're getting a deal when they fail to deliver on time. No deal at all. Another customer canceling. Luckily I only lasted a month with this shit company. read more

Terrible customer service and delivery is unreliable. Find another source!!!! read more

Worst service!! They are lying about promotions. If you will refer a friend- you will never get your credits. Extra transactions from them and customer service will not answer you on email during the whole month read more

If I could give a zero, I would. Our past several deliveries have been continuously delayed and when we call into speak to a customer service agent they merely assure us that our water will be delivered at the time listed. Instead, the day comes as well as an email indicating that they are delayed. My wife just called and instead of being amicable and trying to address our desire to stop our membership, the agent indicated to us that we would now have to pay a $50 refurbishment fee on our water cooler. This is unreal. I highly advise against ever using ReadyRefresh's services as they are a poor business run by primates. read more

Always a respectful delivery driver. I hope he uses my tips well :) I think this water is the best tasting of all the waters. They communicate when they can't make my delivery date and always comes with a smile on the make up day. read more

Ok so this is an update . For a whole year this company has been doing a great job. They hired more drivers so when they say the water will be delivered, it really does. I leave a 5 dollar tip on my door to guarantee that he brings the water up a few steps. I'm pleased for now. read more

THE WORST!! Cancel deliveries all the time. Completely unreliable. It's absurd. I have been a customer for 15 years. But not anymore. Looking elsewhere. read more

Terrible! Would give 0 stars if I could. First, they automatically add a $20 driver tip to every bill. Flat dollar amount regardless of delivery size (or dollar amount of delivery). The customer can change this on line if they notice, or opt to pay tip AFTER service (which is how it should be) but the default is $20 and it is tacked onto your bill if you aren't paying attention. I am all for tips for good service, but RR should not add this charge without consent from customer (which it did initially on our bill). Second, we also purchased a dispenser from Ready Refresh (big mistake) and had delivery driver pick up old rental dispenser. The quality is cheap and, while it is still working 11 months on from delivery, I don't have much faith that this will have a long life. Better to buy a branded dispenser from a third party. Finally, they don't have a record of the dispenser that we returned! We now have to pay for the "lost" rental unit!! read more

Ready Refresh are a terrible Company to work with. After working with them for year they announced a $3.00 Paper fee would be charged. We objected to this charge and never agreed to pay it. Ready Refresh ignored our communication and added to the problem by sending out monthly statements and of course charged a $3.00 paper fee for each statement. In addition they added a delivery charge. We telephoned the office to cancel the service. We were told all charges would be reversed. This of course never happened and we continued to receive Statements with a "Paper fee" increasing the outstanding balance. We wrote to Ready Refresh on four different occasions and never received a response! Today we received a letter from a Collection Agency! Be careful dealing with this unreliable and unethical company! They apparently don't make enough money selling water so they resort to shady billing practices. read more

ReadyRefresh - a donkey standing in a field - Water Delivery Near Me - Elmsford, New York

Can I give them a Zero-star rating? They are the COMCAST of water delivery services, look around, they buy up everyone and then double the prices. Way TOO Expensive! They just raised prices (now) for like the 3rd time in a few months, it is more expensive now than I have ever seen it before and the quality seems lower to me. Just does not seem worth it anymore, and now I will shop for a better deal than this. They keep pushing the subscription service for a chunk of money every year service. I do not want things complicated and expensive, I am seeking cheap and easy. Quality comes first and will keep searching. read more

I Have had the worst experience this past year with this company. Never can talk to customer service and they never respond to Emails.I waited months for a delivery and then sent me too much water when they decided to deliver I had to pay $300 for Something I didnt order. And Bought a water cooler a few months ago already not working and cant get anyone on the phone to help repair it! I would stay away from this company! read more

Wow. What happened to these guys? When I began service with them in 2018, they were easy to contact (one or two minute wait time max to get someone on the phone) and their service was reasonably priced and very good. Cut to 2021: they are charging $11 a bottle for water I can get at the supermarket for $8 and they also charge a hefty delivery fee. And you can't get anyone on the phone. Plus their site is ridiculously designed, with no way to cancel service. Even finding a way to skip service is like trying to find your way through a dark forest. What happened to these guys? They must have been taken over by some larger company, who has managed to completely ruin everything that was once good about them. What a shame.... read more

awful! and they intentionally make it impossible to cancel your account. I have been trying for months. it is not allowed on the site. It says you have to call customer service but when you call customer service they say they are too busy to take your call and direct you back to site. this is clearly a shady business. stay away! read more

Delivery is always late. Products are flimsy. Poland Spring bottles are made from flimsy plastic that collapses when you hold the bottle.

I too wish I could give it zero stars. We received notice that we would get a delivery on a certain day, and to put the used bottles out for exchange. Two days later, the bottles were still there, and were almost collected by the city trash collectors. I contacted Ready Refresh, and was told that the delivery/collection could not be made, and they forgot to tell us. This is the 2nd or 3rd time this has happened. I almost feel sorry for their customer service. It looks like this happens to others. Almost feel sorry for them. (We pay them on time. They should deliver on time.) read more

I was never notified of the delivery and they told me just to refuse it when it came. I did and they still charged me. I asked them to contact the driver and they said they had no way to do that. in this day and age that's a lie. read more

Not sure why we got such the crap end of the stick with this company. When I opened the account, they required a minimum to ensure delivery. We did that. Sometimes our payments were delayed but we always made sure to pay before their due date. This happened with my 1/24/23 delivery, the rep said yes the payment was received and the order would be delivered. No such delivery occurred. So we decided to request a pay off for the equipment we're financing to finally close the account. They wrote back saying we already owned the equipment...then sent the final invoice a day later. Why not just say we'll receive the final invoice in a few days? Why lie to us so many times over and over? And over the simplest of requests and questions. This company and its reps are vague, shady, and seem to do everything in their power to frustrate, manipulate, and confuse you. We're just floored that a company would do it so blatantly and casually when we're paying them and ordering products and services. And every chat and phone call I have with a rep is either a canned response that has nothing to do with the original complaint, they offer no sympathy and just repeat what you've said - they are completely VACUOUS. You would think that of the few water delivery companies here in Connecticut would do so much better to try to keep their credibility. We've been incredibly patient with this company, repeatedly giving them the benefit of the doubt, but we're done with losing our money and the terrible abuse by their customer support. read more

Change over from Poland Spring to ReadyRefresh did not work. Nestle ReadyRefresh is overpriced, additional fees (paper invoices), delivery fees. One delivery, of a tray of flavored beverage, poured out solid materials. Filed a complaint, as i had to throw the whole tray out. Received no further concerns or chemical analysis of the bad liquid bottle after a bunch of complaints. I returned questionable bottle of liquid to the company. Thankfully it didn't harm my daughter as she took the first gulp of the gooey substance. Researching other services. read more

Horrible company. Terrible delivery service - left bottles outside even though he was instructed to bring into office. Customer service is in India and is totally unresponsive. read more

This is one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. Here is a list of the problems: 1. The water was delivered one day late--the driver never called to inform me of this. 2. The driver left the water in the wrong location, because the wrong apartment number was written on the box. He didn't follow my explicit instructions to use my intercom. 3. There are 25-minute telephone hold times if you try to call them. You cannot ask them to call you back. 4. Their website is more deficient than any other merchant I've dealt with. 5. I tried to determine the email address of their CEO, Fernando Merce. They have so many domain names, it's ridiculous. 6. I get error messages when I try to read about their job openings (so I could determine their email address format). 7. They refuse to release the full names of their executives. 8. They are perpetrating a fraud--their water doesn't come from a spring in Maine--it comes from ordinary ground water. At least one of the sites is near a petroleum site. So, not only are they incredibly dysfunctional and disorganized--they are also criminal. read more

This company used to be ok but now especially this year they are awful. The customer service never answers calls, wrong charges on auto pay. You can't even cancel your account; I have to call my credit card company to change my card that I used with them. Just look for another company before you give your information to this company. They would never solve any of wrong charges or mistakes. Also, they are lying about refer friend promotion. Very untrusted company please stay away. read more

My water deliver has repeatedly been rescheduled, prices have gone up.... Service has been going downhill for awhile and I'm looking for other options. read more

I've had the service for over a year and a half. During that time the price has increased about 5 times. They also charge if you call their customer service line. Once I received an email saying the delivery was complete but nothing was delivered. I called to get the delivery resent and was told I should double check with all my neighbors as to where the missing jugs are and then I was charged again for water I never received. They usually reschedule the delivery the day of every other month. I tried to cancel several times and was told someone would contact me back to pick up my cooler and the jugs but nobody every called me back. I keep calling and getting the run around. read more

The worst delivery and customer service ever. They rarely answer the phone delivery's are skipped or late the delivery driver in my neighborhood will drop off new bottles and leave the empty ones. Them they tell me they'll charge me my deposit if I throw them away. I have over a dozen! Worst delivery company ever! I'd give a zero if I could, going to BBB next businesses like this should not exist they are crooks. read more

ReadyRefresh has missed And rescheduled my orders constantly. Thy are literally the worse delivery service of any product ever.

This is a terrible service. I have asked multiple times for the water to be delivered after 12 noon. It has never happened. They consistently disregard instructions and cancel orders without explanation. Customer service remains inconsistent and mostly irrelevant to problem solution. The drivers leave the bottles vulnerable to theft in the vestibule (because I not there) and when I call, I am told they will not bring them up the stairs to my office or return to correct the problem. I am 63 years old and cannot bring the bottles up myself. Do not use them!. read more

This company is TERRIBLE! They show up 2 weeks after the scheduled delivery and they have no excuse aside from "that branch is backed up" so you go weeks without water. There is a hidden fee with the water cooler rental. When you cancel, they charge you "$50 refurbishment" fee. I will be reporting them to the BBB and disputing this charge. Selima in particular was of no help on their cancellation department and she hung up on me when I asked to speak to a manager. Go with Crystal Rock. It seems way more reliable. read more

Leaving 1 star because leaving zero doesn't appear to be an option. Terrible customer service. Deliveries are inconsistent and they take liberties to bring you extra items that you did not order; as well as charge you for them. Good luck trying to get anyone on the phone or to respond to an email from the service department. They simply don't care. What a joke. read more

Desperately looking for an alternative. When Poland spring was running the deliveries, the service was top notch. Now, every single month, i receive text messages on the day that I'm supposed to receive my delivery, saying that they have to reschedule. Then that day comes, and i get another message that they're rescheduling again. This weekend, they pushed it back three times, then never came at all! Hottest weekend of the year and I was out of water and had to go to the supermarket to buy two 5 gallons jugs there for twice as much. Completely defeats the purpose of a delivery service. I will be changing as soon as i can find someone else. read more

Never recieved delivery, shows in email delivered, emailed 3 times, with issue, No respond. Shall not recommend. Stay away.

Started Poland Spring delivery 2 years ago. First year was fine with prompt delivery, great notifications, and my account was auto pay. All around stress free experience. When Ready Refresh took over, my problems began. The deliveries came whenever they wanted unannounced, the driver was unpleasant, and my auto pay stopped ( late fees were added). The website was not working and it took 1/2 to 1 hour to get a customer service rep to pick up. Needless to say, I was left with no choice but to cancel my account. Too much frustration for water!!! read more

Worst ever. They kept rescheduling my delivery without warning at the end of the business day, and I'm talking about six times. Had to call and wait on hold for about 25 min each time for them to tell me everything is on schedule it's coming today for it to not come today. Then had to call again to cancel service! And am now still waiting for them to finally come pick up their equipment! Said it was picked up today come home to still see all the equipment outside! It's a joke. Steer clear! Terrible! read more

Had Poland Spring deliver my water for a few years, perfect service, timely and accurate reminders, etc. As soon as RR took over the delivery, service quality dropped from day one. Reminders are haphazard if any are received at all, deliveries are rescheduled from one day to the next to the next... And price had gone up twice in 2 years. Dropping them. read more

My experience with ReadyRefresh pretty much mirrors the others listed here. Non-existent customer service, numerous price increases, failure to fulfill orders as promised and absolutely no regard for our 29-year patronage are just a few of the reasons for this 1-star review.
