My little girl she is 3 1/2 years old has been going to Ready Set Grow since she was six months old. most of her friends have been going to RSG since infancy and I cannot say enough great things about this school. My my how things changed. Early on things seemed pretty good here but as the years went by the true colors shined. The Racoon room has been through 5 different teachers in 3 months. The admin is just plain bad at what they do. Licensing has been through a few times due to multiple concerns. 1 of those, (fortunately the Teacher is gone) was due to a Teacher angrily grabbing at and scratching our Son while he was being picked up from school. The immaturity from Admin was always an enormous concern for us. I could go on writing all night, but I'm not going to waste anymore time on this place. Please..... From the moment we first walked into Ready Set Grow, we knew it was the right place for our child. My husband and I both work and having a caring, loving daycare environment that fosters learning and life skills was important for us. We've found that at RSG. Our first born started at 7 months and is now almost three and absolutely LOVES school. The staff is welcoming, encouraging and accommodating. They use the app to keep us apprised of what happens during the day and easily communicate with us when the need arises. All the teachers are amazing in their own way and show support and love for the kids. The toddler class has a curriculum/lesson plan that tells parents about the topics and activities for the upcoming month. The class does workouts (toddler yoga is hilarious!), outside play time, reading time, and age specific lessons like tracing letters, motor skills practice cutting with scissors, and my child's favorite, coloring. The app allows for regular updates on meals and naps, and teachers can (and do) send pictures and videos throughout the day. The teachers were beyond supportive when it came time for potty training and when there are accidents, they don't make a big deal about the stress or clean up, they just let us know and move on with the day. We compared numerous other programs and RSG was well within the reasonable range for cost. But they provide so many "extras" beyond the standard day care facility. From holiday parades in the parking lot (that parents are welcome to come watch), to summertime activities like a lemonade stand, an appearance by the Easter bunny at a tea party, and winter holiday themed "photo shoot" with pictures sent to the parents; they do it all. The hours are great for folks who work day shift schedules and drop off and pick up are made simple with a tablet that requires individualized codes for adults who are approved to pickup. Our second child has also attended since before turning 7 months old and we are comfortable knowing our kids are safe, happy, and well taken care of at school. We recommend RSG to any friends in the area who are looking for a great school for their littles. We love RSG! read more

Long overdue review, but Ready Set Grow has been an amazing choice for our family. Our Son has attended since he was 6 months old and is now 2.5. The staff has been very caring and involved and our son loves going to daycare each day. They use an app to send parents updates which is great because you can see pictures of all the fun your kid is having daily. You can also use the message feature to ask any questions to the teachers and they are always really quick to respond. They do so many fun activities with the kids, outdoor play, and he learns so much. They put on special events and activities for the holidays, which is so cute and fun for the kids and parents. Our son's vocabulary has exploded over the course of his attendance and he learns so much there. The days are structured yet fun, I know he'll be very ready for school when the time comes because of his time at RSG. I like how once he's getting ready to transition to the next age grouped room he spends some time over there to get used to the new teachers. Makes for a smooth transition. The director Ms. Jenni has been amazing since the first time we met her for a tour. She's super friendly and knows all the kids by name. You can tell she loves her job and really goes above and beyond. The times we've had any problems or questions she's quick to respond and take care of it for us. I always recommend RSG to friends if they live in the area. We just had our second child and we are excited for him to start in the fall. Since my last review my little guy has turned 2 and upgraded classes. We were thrilled that his teacher Ms Nadia also changed positions and moved into his new classroom as lead. The classroom has gotten a complete makeover since her arrival, looking brighter, more colorful and cozier. In his new class there is an increased focus on teaching the preschool fundamentals. They are regularly reviewing colors, numbers, shapes and the alphabet! She even has our little guy successfully working on potty training while at school. They continue to do fun projects, dance, sing songs and learn to be good friends. Ms Nadia has a passion for this job and constantly goes the extra mile. For example on St Patrick's day she engaged the kids imagination by creating a leprechaun trap and had the kids looking for clues as to what mischief he got up to during nap time. Our family has been at RSG for about 1.5 years now. We have had children in every classroom from infants through the school-aged summer program, at one point having 4 children at the school at the same time. I could not be happier with the experience we have had so far! All of the staff are wonderful, and Jenni, Allen, and Zina have gone above and beyond to accommodate the special circumstances and needs we had as a foster family. Mrs. Nadia and Ms. Yahaira ("Nana" and "Yaya") in the 12-24 month room are absolutely amazing. We have had 2 girls go through their class, and both have had wonderful experiences! Nadia and Yahaira are exceptional with this particular age group and seem as if they were just made to work with each other. Nadia and Yahaira are constantly coming up with new projects, celebrating the kids' birthdays and milestones with class parties, and trying new and fun ways to keep the toddlers engaged all day. The art projects they do with 12 one-year-olds in one room, are beyond what I would even dream of trying with just 1 one-year-old at home! It is clear that they spend considerable amount of time outside of their working hours planning, gathering supplies, and trying projects. Every major holiday, they make parents beautiful, canvas photo keepsakes and send home lots of art and crafts that we use to decorate our house for the holiday. For the 4th of July, the school did a parade for parents to enjoy. Nadia and Yahaira bought a Statue of Liberty costume for my daughter, and dressed a friend up as Uncle Sam! Have you ever seen anything this precious?! RSG uses the Brightwheel app so that parents can see what their children are doing each day. Nadia and Yahaira post updates, photos, and videos of the kids throughout the day so we know how they are doing. As an educator myself, I often view what Nadia and Yahaira post in the Brightwheel app through the critical lens of a teacher, assessing for differentiation, behavior management, appropriate academics, and social/emotional concerns. Nadia and Yahaira address all of these needs and more! I always feel informed and confident about how my child is doing in their class. Age 12-24 months includes quite a range of development among the toddlers, and they do an excellent job encouraging and fostering appropriate development and learning for each child. Having had two children in their class (at one point, both at the same time), I have seen firsthand how they differentiate and meet each child's unique needs. The love my children have received from Nadia and Yahaira on a daily basis fills their cups, and puts me at ease. With previous daycare and preschool facilities we have tried, I have felt the need to race from work to pick up my kids as soon as I'm off. At RSG, I find myself doing errands after work to kill time because I know they will be in the middle of something they love and will not be ready to leave! I have the freedom to take another 30-40 minutes to run solo errands or take time for myself without feeling guilty or worried about how they are doing. As a parent, it is the absolute BEST feeling to know that your children are not only safe, but also happy, respected, learning, and truly thriving while you're away. I cannot thank Nadia and Yahaira enough for the amazing experience they have provided for our sweet toddlers. Our daughter has been attending RSG since she was 7 months old and she is currently 2 years old now and we love the environment. Mrs. Nadia and Ms. Yahaira are very well organized, attentive to each child's needs, compassionate, and fun. They keep the room clean, safe and take the time at drop-off/ pick-up to discuss any concerns or needs you may have as well as give you a summary of the day. They put a lot of effort into creating activities that are enriching and stimulating! They regularly sing songs, listen to music, complete projects, learn shapes and letters including spanish vocabulary. It's really cool to see how much our daughter has picked up! They also play outside on the play set, bikes, cars and have dance parties and special birthday/holiday celebrations. Our daughter, along with many of the littles, still nap daily. All the teachers are fantastic but I have to give a big shout out to Miss Wafa, she's kind, loving and truly cares for her kids as if they were her own. My wife has been deployed for almost the entire time we've been with RSG and Miss Wafa has stepped in and provided my daughter with a female figure to bond with. She does her hair and paints her nails and really helps to fill the void in my daughter's life while my wife has been gone. I just wanted to update my review and comment on some issues I noticed another person post. My children were at the facility during the time the reviewer is speaking about. While it's true the center went through some staff changes, they weren't solely in one room. We were concerned about the amount of changes initially but ultimately, if someone isn't working out or a quality employee, I'm glad they left. I only want the best teachers/people working with and watching my children. All of the long term teachers are amazing that we've encountered (Wafaa, Lisa, Zainab) and we hope many others stay (Joanna, Jenn). Our three year old has THRIVED here learning ABCs, numbers, colors, tracing, and even potty training (Ms. Nadia we still miss you!) If we ever have an issue (which is rare), we bring it to the staff's attention and it's fixed. Licensing has also contacted me regarding some complaints but 1) many are unfounded and 2) some are individual issues that should have been addressed with the staff instead of anonymously reporting. Overall we are still happy with RSG. They have a number of fun activities throughout the year that allow parent participation and provide a well rounded learning/play environment. read more

Now that our little one is 14 months old, she has been moved up to the toddler room with Ms. Nadia and Claudia. She has grown and changed so much since being introduced to the big kids' room. She loves all activities and when they eat lunch and snacks the children sit at little round tables with kid sized chairs, they don't get up or throw food, they have perfect table manners. They have circle time with singing and reading stories, all while interacting with the children and encouraging their participation. Great! They work on sensory painting, and many artwork activities. They take walks, play on playground toys, eat great meals and snacks. All the while the teachers send pics and videos of daily activities through the Brightwheel app parents can download to see throughout the day what their little one has been doing. A special place, close to the mountains with a super comprehensive and lovely team. My sons, aged 9 months and 3 years, have been attending Ready Set Grow for over three months now. Our decision to place the boys in daycare was particularly difficult since they had only been with family up until then, but after touring several daycares we finally felt comfortable with leaving the boys in the hands of the Ready Set Grow staff. Monique, the center director, was imperative during the process. She was open and supportive, willing to talk through any and all questions we had. She went out of her way to really bond with my eldest, who had an especially hard time getting used to staying in a new place with new people all day, and she quickly became his safe place from which he has since felt comfortable enough to branch out. The daycare workers are equally amazing, and it seems as though they all take on part of the care of each student. Every day, teachers from each age group will call out to the boys by name as we enter and leave, and I can tell that my eldest feels comfortable with them all as he often runs to give them hugs and tell them he loves them. Moreover, my eldest has had a language explosion in the past few months, speaking in complete sentences and singing songs in ways we had been striving for well over a year before but hadn't yet come to fruition. It is no doubt from the playful learning environment created in his room. My youngest is still in the baby room and I am going to be so sad when he ages out. The staff there, Tracy and Madison, are absolutely amazing. They are warm and playful, and incredibly creative in finding new ways for the babies to learn. They constantly engage the smallest of babies, and encourage them to grow and be curious. As nervous as I was for my eldest to attend daycare, I was moreso with handing over my 5 month old baby. But they have truly shown to be everything I could have hoped for and more. Additionally, they use the Brightwheel app and I'm given notifications about the boys throughout the day, which has eased my own tendency to worry. My child has been attending the three years old class for almost a year now. Miss Waffaa is the teacher. I don't know where to start for how amazing she is. My child even begs me in the weekend to go to school and see miss Waffaa. She always has so many activities for the kids and keeps them engaged. Her activities are really fun and educational. My son knows his ABC's and can count until 20! Her class always look so beautiful with seasonal decoration and is always clean. You can tell she teaches and cares for her class with all of her heart. The class is always clean, this goes for the whole school by the way. The school is very clean and sanitized every day. The compassion, friendliness, creativity and level of involvement are unlike anything I've ever seen and I've had my kids in over 10 daycares/early learning centers across 3 states. The app they use is AMAZING (and they actually use it daily). My 13 month old son's first day, I recieved 15 videos and 17 pictures. I felt like I was with him all day, and it's continued throughout the week. He absolutely adores Ms. Nana and Ms. Yaya, and I can see why--they're absolutely amazing and so involved and FUN!!! It was absolute torture sending him to his last daycare while we waited for a spot to open up here. My 5 year old son absolutely loves it here, he attends the after-school program and has been there for several months now. Mrs. Jenni and Ms. Linda have gone above and beyond and honestly well out of their way in coordinating pick ups with him and for that, I am forever thankful. There is absolutely no better feeling than knowing your children are in a safe, loving, and enriching environment when you cannot be with them. They truly feel like an extension of our family. We've been extremely pleased with Ready Set Grow. The thing that stood out to me from the get go is how comfortable I feel talking to them about any question or concern I have. They have always been immediately responsive. Monique specifically has been my go to, and I appreciate her so much. She is so sweet and loving, she treats each child as though her own. I have two boys that we recently placed in daycare for the first time ever (prior to this they had only been with family). My wife and I were extremely nervous about this transition, and looked at a dozen places before we finally felt comfortable leaving our boys at Ready Set Grow. The staff here are incredible, and it's obvious they really love the kids they look after. The daycare center director, Monique, has been an extraordinary help in the early months when our boys were first making the transition. She always made time to talk with us about any questions we had, she checked on our boys regularly, and she especially helped our eldest, who had a very rough time getting used to his new daily routine. The eldest now has several friends and is learning more and more every day, and our baby is taken care of by two wonderful caregivers who dote and play with him and the others constantly. Their use of the Brightwheel app also gives us daily views into what the boys experienced that day. We get updates every time the baby has a meal, a diaper change, and a nap. And we get pictures of both boys often and get to see how they're playing. We are so lucky to have found this place, our boys will be staying here until they go to school. read more

I called and scheduled a tour here after work today, unfortunately I got stuck in really bad traffic and my eta increased by almost 30mins, it started getting late so I called and asked if I could reschedule because it was taking so long to get there. The lady goes on to tell me that she stayed at work late for this tour and she's usually off at 3, she comes in at 5: 30 she put in 11hrs so I could tour the center. My kids (now 4 years old and 9 months old) have been going here since January. For the first couple of months I was skeptical about the owner, some of the rules, and just my gut feeling that something was off. In March Monique came in and I was even MORE skeptical about a new owner! Ever since she came in, it has been a positive change and I'm really happy I stuck it out through my bad gut feelings because she's really turned this place around! She's truly cares for each of our kids and you can tell she pours her heart into this facility. Almost every week something is changing to follow state strandards better, or they are re-vamping the place! They also have brightwheel so I can see in real time how my kids are doing or if they have an accident. My son has been extremely needy since day one and Tracy has been so accommodating to him and is so thorough with his daily activities. I highly reccomend this daycare! read more
