It was still covered under the Husqvarna warranty, and when I left it with them, I explicitly agreed to pay for diagnostics if the repair wasn't covered. About a month later, they called to tell me the carburetor needed replacement and that they had already ordered the part from Husqvarna. They never mentioned that the repair wasn't covered under warranty. I was told the repair would be done within a couple of weeks, so naturally, I assumed it was covered since they proceeded with ordering the part without informing me otherwise. Two months passed without any updates, so I called to check the status. They claimed there was a delay in getting parts, so I waited. Finally, after nearly 6 months, they called to say my blower was ready for pickup. When I arrived, I was blindsided -- they told me the repair wasn't covered by the warranty, and I was expected to pay out of pocket. I spoke with the Sales and Repair Manager, Gene Conley, who insisted that I had authorized the repair, citing a note in their system. The only call I ever received, though, was to inform me the part had been ordered -- nothing about the warranty status or potential costs. To make matters worse, when I expressed my frustration, Gene's response was shockingly unprofessional. He told me he didn't care if I left a bad review because they have "thousands of customers." I hope this review serves as a warning to others. Communication and customer service matter, and unfortunately, Johnson's Hardware completely failed on both fronts. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere for your repairs.

The prices were a little high on the pumpkins ($24 for the funky looking swan goose snake shaped gourds, if I remember correctly) but the selection was really great. We filled our cart up. They were running a special on the mums - buy 2, get 1 free. So we picked out 9 & got 3 free. After the special, the mum prices were reasonable. The staff was very personable & friendly. I'm looking forward to coming back to check out the butterfly garden & then maybe also in the spring when we need some annuals.

She was incredibly helpful, and we ended up being lucky to choose an in stock table and chairs to start out with. Gina helped in the selection of umbrella and with the ordering of matching chair cushions which were custom made. We then ordered a matching counter height table with four chairs and cushions that had the same fabric as the umbrella. The wait was long due to supply chain issues, but Gina kept us updated regularly. When summer of 2022 came, and we still did not have our 2nd table, she cancelled our original order and expedited the same product with another manufacturer. We were able to have the full complement of furniture we wanted on our deck for the celebration of our son's marriage in August. Thanks to Gina!

I always get my bird seed here, high quality and Holdriges has specials. Checkout the pond shop. The koi fish and water plants are amazing. It was decorated in a very pretty historical style. My husband is especially picky and had nothing to even point a finger at. House: Very cosy. there is a very large front yard where we had breakfast in the morning when it was nice out. If you stay there definitely walk the grounds of the house. It's so pretty and calming there. The house sits on about 5 acres but it's mostly woods all around except for the area right around the house. Breakfast: The best part! They have a farm and garden on the grounds so all the eggs, herbs, and fruit were from their garden and farm. Everything was very fresh and delicious. On the first day we had eggs and herb roasted potatoes which were delish. We also had home made muffins with blueberries from the garden! amazing! the next day we had by far the best pancakes I have ever had. all homemade with items from the yard!
