WFM did the demo and water mitigation, LFP did the reconstruction. Overall, I would recommend LFP. It took FOREVER to finally be finished (3+ months), but some of that delay was due to USAA Insurance not being available to approve payments. The service was good, and for the most part, responsive. Jasmine was a good POC and Pia explained the financial aspects. We did have a hiccup on the width of the shower glass to be installed, but they made it right. I would use them again.

Although the company is licensed, the workmanship was poor. The drywall seams were not properly finished. The tape was clearly visible, and there was little to no texture applied. To make matters worse, they painted over the visible tape without correcting the issue. The door installations were also done incorrectly. Some doors had noticeable gaps at the top, while others had gaps at the bottom. When I brought these issues to their attention, they were never properly addressed. Instead, the focus was on moving forward with the kitchen remodel, which I no longer felt comfortable doing due to the quality of work. As a result, I decided to stop working with them.
