    We have been using their service past couple of years and it's been always excellent. Cars/Vans are always super clean, staff are very kind and trustworthy, and price are reasonable enough. We have never had any issue with them at all. Our soccer team, players and coaches, are quite happy with their 15 passenger van which is comfortable even for long trip. It is highly recommended to use their service especially those who require vans as it's hard to find a trustable van rental company as we experienced in the past. We are confident that the Readivan is the best local rental car company in San Diego with no doubt.

    These guys are the best, best, best you can ever deal with, their vans were nice and clean and mechanically sound. The guys Ramon and Bruce were beyond exceptional. Return was a breeze even at 4:00am We had lots of fun thanks to Redivan!!

    So easy! Rented a 12 seater for a weekend trip to Valle, super fair pricing. Van was decent.

As an Executive Elite member, this was extremely disappointing, especially during the holidays. I was placed in a sedan and told it was an upgrade, which it was not, and it did not meet the needs or vehicle class I reserved. That said, I do want to acknowledge that the manager reached out the following day, without me having sent a complaint email, to apologize for the error and the inconvenience caused by not having the vehicle available. I appreciated the proactive follow-up and accountability. While the initial experience fell short of expectations, the manager's outreach did help restore some confidence. I hope this feedback helps prevent similar situations in the future, especially for loyalty members with confirmed reservations.

While other airports feature a desirable mix of midsize sedans, full-size vehicles, midsize SUVs, and even minivans in their Emerald Aisle, this location predominantly stocks smaller, lower-tier midsize sedans like the Nissan Sentra. This appears to reflect a broader decline in National's service quality that extends beyond just this location. National's customer satisfaction has plummeted dramatically in recent rankings. According to the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI), National experienced a shocking 15% drop in customer satisfaction from 2024 to 2025--falling from a score of 84 to just 71 out of 100. This represents the steepest decline of any major rental car company measured in the study. For context, National now ranks dead last among the six major rental companies tracked by ACSI, well below competitors like Enterprise (78), Budget (77), Hertz (76), and Avis (74).[theacsi] While J.D. If renting a car from here and staying at the hotel, then you will be charged the daily parking fee. The pick up and drop off is on the 6th floor of the garage. The two ladies that were manning the desk on our visit were very nice and helpful. However, only one person is on duty at a time and they can get very busy with a long line and wait times. The main problem on our visit was that we booked our reservation in advance, but the company did not do proper inventory management and had no car for us at our pick up time. They had to get a car from another near by Enterprise location. We check the map and the location is about 10 min from the hotel and we were told there would be about a 15 min wait, but we had to wait with several other customers for about an hour. Including the half hour line wait, we think it took 1.5-2 hrs to get our reserved vehicle. That is probably the all time worst wait time to get a rental car since we were kids getting one with our parents. So while the location is super convenient if staying at the hotel and the personal are friendly and helpful, the understaffing and lack of inventory management at this location are deplorable. If possible would recommend getting your car from the airport or another offsite location and just pay the parking fees here that you will have to pay anyway. Only use the onsite location in the lobby if you were not planning on getting a car and needed one at the last minute like we did. And plan to potentially wait even if you have a reservation that you made in advance.

They upgraded me to the size of the car pictured on the Priceline website (which was Priceline's error) without charging me. They were super clear about their policies about insurance and security deposit as well. I just showed proof of my personal car insurance and I declined additional insurance (they were not pushy about extra insurance, just read through the script). They were also super friendly, easy going and willing to answer any and all questions I had. When I returned the car they all remembered me and asked if I got the fish tacos they recommended. I can't say enough good things. The experience was great, the car was great and I will be back.

I've never had to do that before. When I returned the car I heard another employee ask another customer about the insurance, the person declined and they moved on. I emailed the company and after receiving the insurance info they refunded me the amount for the unnecessary insurance but then charged me $500 for "damage to the rental vehicle". They didn't specify what was damaged. I also returned the car April 12! In the same condition I received the car in. I'm still trying to sort things out with the rental company. They are awful!

We had a 7 foot tall passenger so there is only one kind of car that he fits in, and they then gave that car away, then gave the only other car to the person behind us in line!! why? Because they sent us out to the parking lot to look at it to make sure that it would fit a 7 foot tall passenger, and while we were in the parking lot, checking it out, they rented it to the next person in line. So we ended up with a third car, which was not what we had reserved and did not fit our needs. So the entire experience was not one we wish to repeat again. Sometimes I wonder how they get away with this stuff! REVIEW WAS AMENDED BECAUSE THEY REFUNDED THE MONEY AFTER WE COMPLAINED.

Being someone who has rented from Budget multiple times, it disappoints me that they failed to accommodate a loyal customer who has used their service many times. So here I am to tell you my good experience to save you a little stress. I flew in on a Monday night. There is a free shuttle that takes you to all the rental cars. I travelled in my wheelchair (but I also have a prosthetic leg) and it was all accessible. Rolled right up to the counter and the original car was not available, but there was one a size up and they charged me the same price. Nice, newer Chevy Blazer and didn't have any damage. They also asked if I need hand controls, which I don't, but awesome that they have that option! Just be warned that once you get your vehicle, there is a pretty big line to get out of the garage. Have your drivers license and rental agreement ready and the process was quick once you got to the front booth. It took us about 30 minutes from showing up to the store to get on the road. Drop off was super easy as well and of course, there is also a shuttle to take you back to the airport.
