The way that she leads the class allows us as students to feel at home with one another, and to push our bodies as far as we are able to at the time. There is no competition, and we never have to worry about failure, because each of us is at our own level, and Susie caters to all of us effortlessly. Mind Body Stress Reductions is located in the second string of buildings in a business complex on Columbia road. They have massage tables, counseling rooms, and specialize in psychology, hypnotherapy, massage, holistic healing of the mind, and integrative medicine. Needless to say their offices are very relaxing, and the staff that I have met thus far are all gentle souls who are more than happy to help. I'm hoping that my review will convince you to give their services a try if you are in need of any kind of physical or mental relaxation. These wonderful folks are more than worthy of your patronage. It is an oasis in a sometimes over-bearing and unbelievably stress filled world.

This year, I was lead to the Sol Shrine Alchemy where I met Kelly. 2022 was full of loss and instability for me that of course bled over into 2023. I shared with Kelly what I perceived I needed work on. She listened intently and went to work on (actually what my stuck points were) :-). I opted for the 1 hour Reiki/Sound Bowl session. It was life changing. I cannot express in words what I experienced during the session or even what I continue to experience afterward. I can only say that the Universe makes no mistakes and it was time to release all of the stuck energy and pain and receive the new. I am more than grateful that I met Kelly.

I've taken many cooking classes and this is the first one that has taught me the origins of the food as well as provided an in-depth class about how to use food to better my health. We learned a term called "mother" and it's importance to the process of sourdough break making. I'll let you learn more about that when you take the class. I've already signed up to take the class again because I know I missed things trying to take in all the information. I also look forward to partaking in all the other classes, services, and product offerings as I make the spa part of my self care plan.

The walls lined in supplements is great if you are already in good health. Make sure you have your bloodwork checked from time to time though because it was only after months of suffering from what Dr Kule thought was nicotine withdrawals that he finally checked my mother's blood and ordered her to go to the ER immediately for a blood transfusion. She needed 4 pints of blood but his initial diagnosis was anemia and one suggestion for treatment was for her to "eat more vegetables and lots of butter" Within a week and a battery of tests it was found that she had stage 4 lung cancer with metastasis into her brain and adrenal glands. Within one week she was dead. I feel this could have been slowed or maybe even stopped had the doctor even paid attention over the YEARS my mother trusted him with her health. The doctor shouldn't have to ask his patient "when was the last time we did bloodwork on you?"
