Framing really is an art in itself and I am so thankful for everyone here who offered me their insight. Just a heads up: If you've never had anything professionally framed before, it can get pricey. There is a lot of hard work that goes into framing that I was none-the-wiser until I came here. It also takes a while, so don't expect to have your pieces framed the day-of. I will come back if I need anything else framed in the future while I'm in Augusta! Thanks again!

Not even a moment of feeling uncomfortable like I didn't know what to do, the studio professions at this studio make you feel like one of the family right away. Amanda was an amazing instructor and made me want to learn more. The participants in the class were newbies, others who had taken some classes before and even a regular who has been coming to art classes given by 4P Studios for 8 years! Everyone was super friendly and very encouraging to everyone. I'm not, by nature, an artsy person but will definitely sign up for more classes at this studio. It would also be a great gift to sign yourself and a loved one or friend up with you for a class. Everything was very professionally done from the email received before the class to all the great instructions and help along the way. And it was super fun! I highly recommend!

I'm taking a lovely figure drawing class at the moment, with a wonderful teacher who gives individual feedback & a small group of serious artists (myself, a dabbler, not included). You climb up two flights of curving stairs & over broad-beamed rough-wood floors, and painted-over fireplaces, walls covered with (at the moment) children's art... its kind of worth a visit just to climb into the attic for an art class. Anyway... loving it and learning a bit about figure drawing in the process. $200 for 8 classes... not too bad.
