Most only do fully renovated kitchens. We scored tickets to the Cincinnati home remodeling expo in Sharonville. We spotted Cincinnati Kitchens and a someone was able to help us right away. Darin was our representative. He was very friendly and to the point/honest. The same week he was at our home giving us an estimate. The following week, we were at the office to pick out our tile. He was able and pick out the perfect tile for our kitchen. We picked the color dove grey of the Cento per Cento Series. Italian tile that needed to be special ordered. It took a little over a month but worth the wait. Darin was great with communication and following up with us. When the tiles came in, we scheduled and it took two days to complete. It was worth the wait! I'm in love with the backsplash. It glossy tiles pops! I would definitely use them again if I needed anything done in the kitchen. Reasonably priced.

We're definitely glad we found them because they did an amazing job and were well worth the price. Other companies would only remodel the entire kitchen, but we didn't want that much work, just a backsplash, and Cincinnati Kitchens was the only one willing to do just that. Darin, the representative we worked with, was super helpful and friendly. Within a week of meeting him at the expo, we met at the company's location to pick out our tile and grout. They had an absolute plethora of options to choose from. After much perusing, we chose dove grey tile and grout, which even Darin said would look great with the colors in our kitchen. It took a couple months to acquire the tile, since it was being imported from Italy, but Darin made sure we knew before we committed to it, and kept us informed every step of the way. He only asked for 50% of the job cost up front, the other 50% after the job was done, and the total cost was $3,000. The guy who came to install it was definitely skilled at what he does. It took two days to complete; one day to put up the tile, and one day to do the grout, and the finished job looked nothing short of perfect. It was everything we hoped for and more. Cincinnati Kitchens was definitely a great find for my lady and I. We were completely satisfied with the entire experience, from beginning to end, so we adamantly recommend them for their work.

There was a female employee who admitted she knew very little about fireplaces. A male employee just happened to be walking into the counter area and was advised we were seeking assistance with fire places. He rolled his eyes and told the other employee what website to pull up on fireplaces. The male employee jumped on a customer that just happened to walk into the office and simply ignored assisting us. I looked up on their website before coming as to what they offered. Just advised the counter clerk not to bother and walked out. This was our first time a WHBS and it will be the last. Obviously they don't care about their customers. Funny, there is a sign outside of the store indicating all customers are welcomed.

And I am certainly glad I did. They are prompt, honest, transparent, extraordinarily easy to work with, and - on top of everything else - do exceptional work. Mike (the self-described "wood guy") spent the better part of day one replacing boards and explaining the damage he was fixing. He then spent 7+ hours the next day meticulously painting/staining, mostly by hand. The pricing is competitive, but the service and quality I received are well beyond anything I expected. Their shaker doors have a reversed raised panel...so they are SOLID! They are not a thin veneer like so many RTA or off the shelf entry level cabinets. I have been using J&K for over 10 years and very rarely have I had any issues. I can think of just one when we had some concealed damage. Any flaws or concealed damage must be reported within a day.
