I came to see Samantha with a number of issues mainly revolving round anxiety which were effecting my day to day life. Samantha was very kind and made me feel very comfortable from the start. After the first week I began to see differences and by the end of our sessions, I have seen a massive difference in my life. Sleeping problems due to anxiety was my biggest problem and after seeing Samantha this is no longer a problem for me. We also covered general anxiety, public places and driving anxiety which have all improved making my life a lot more easier. Would definitely recommend seeing Samantha as she has helped me feel comfortable and relaxed again. Thank you Samantha. read more

Samantha was such a help with my fear of flying, specifically turbulence. I had 3 intense sessions with Samantha before I took a long haul flight to Asia, and a shorter internal flight over there. The techniques that Samantha taught me along with the recordings she supplied, really helped me through. The change was nothing short of a miracle. I felt so much calmer and in control, despite the turbulence. I was even able to start to enjoy the flight. The sessions were fun but effective. I really enjoyed working with Samantha, who is great at what she does and a really lovely person to go with it. I'd highly recommend her. read more

Samantha is excellent. I had a fear of flying which was getting worse, and in 4 sessions I was virtually cured. I'm now flying long haul and sleeping for hours on the plane when previously I just sat in an anxious state. Thanks Samantha! read more

Having experiencedCognitive Hypnotherapy and PSYCH-K many years ago I retrained so I could share the fast and effective change with others. I am qualified in Cognitive Hypnotherapy, NLP and I am a Health and Wellbeing PSYCH-K preferred facilitator.
