The guys are really knowledgeable, the prices are reasonable, and they follow up great with appointments. Initially my mower wouldn't start so they were going to come by and get it, but the other day it just magically came back to life. Probably user error, but I'm happy it's back.

Sometimes they do work for a while- although a while is less than two weeks. They are very expensive. There is not a very good choice of music for oboe- flute books do work, but they have too high of a scale. In other words, they do not have very good intermediate books. They do have a okay selection of holiday songs in the back for oboe. I did get my oboe from here, and it lasted for a good while. I'm not sure what other people with different instruments would think about Kidder. I think it depends on the instrument you play. So, overall, I find Kidder to be satisfactory but not the best. Other instruments probably think differently, though.
