Little did I know the home had not been cleaned in two years, and was *told* the woman who had decided to live in it prior to me changed her mind. Now I understand why. She demanded I clean the house before I leave (although it took two days of maids fees to get it clean) and asked for a $1500 deposit. She refunded $900 due to "over the time limit for managing." I even sold the home to a good friend and made commission for her and the real estate agent. She also insisted that I allow the "attorney" into the home to view items inside since the house was in probate. I returned home to 23 boxes moved out of closets and a broken piece of art. It still has not been replaced. Her name is Adrianne Burke.
