When you are selling your house you want someone "SELLING" your house. Jockeying phones, pressing…read morethe flesh...a salesman! A hunter, not a fisherman. Someone that does more than just unlocking the door and letting the prospective buyer roam free. I did not find that here. What I did find was an agent who was out of touch with the power of the Internet. A guy who acted like he owed me money every time I'd call him up. A guy who didn't think it was worth telling me that he was also going to be trying to sell his own home 200 yds from mine. A salesman that has lost that A.B.C. attitude (Always Be Closing, for those who are not Glengarry, Glenn Ross fans) and with the exception of telling me I should paint the trim of my house (something I was doing anyway) his main selling point was asking me to drop the asking price $20k below it's market value. I know these are tough times, but this began well before the bottom fell out and when I found he had posted his home on Craigslist and not mine or any other of his clients I knew his attentions were focused else where. I know it's just CL, but when I want someone to sell my house, I want them to sell "MY" house....

Terrible service from Coldwell Banker representatives including realtor Andrea Maines and bad house…read morebuying experience during and post-purchase with realtor Joshua Andruzzi. They flip houses for profit together but fail to disclose important information such as whether the house (bought 2/7/2022) had oil tank on the property before, refusing to do oil tank check for contamination, the fact that there was a fire on the property and also flooding issues (see pictures). Buyer beware! I recommend to new first-home buyers home inspection as well as reinspections to make sure they don't profit off of you and that they follow through with repairs. Having bought the home already, I have had to deal with weeks of no reply from either about getting a contractor's number and blueprints for the home after they were contracted to do repairs off a $380k home that I'd given them over $30k above asking. Andrea also tried to release escrow money without buyer authorization, and has not responded to requests for blueprint or taking photos off her social media including Facebook and Instagram of the home I bought that she still uses to self-promote. Leaves a bad taste, and I will never use Coldwell Banker to represent any home that I buy or sell in the future. #homebuyerrighttotransparency #unethicalbusinesspractices #don'tgowithandrea #willneverchoosecoldewellbanker

I can't say how happy and lucky we were to end up working with Steve Darlington and his son Jesse…read more We were referred to them by another very pleasant realtor, Jim Briggs, who was going to be out of town during the time we were viewing prospective properties. Both of us were very excited, but nervous about the prospect of buying our own home. We realized that there would be a lot of admin and felt a little daunted by this. However, the process was SO much easier and smoother than either of us could have anticipated thanks to Steve and Jesse. Not only are the two of them extremely friendly, they both go the extra mile to make sure you get the service you need. They really are the perfect team. Steve begins by showing you around properties that meet your specifications. Unlike previous realtors we have known, he was not in the least bit pushy, listened to what WE wanted and also gave us some very useful tips. He untiringly showed us places until we found one that met our needs. Steve wasn't afraid to tell us when certain places were overpriced either and was intent on getting us a fair price for the property we purchased by his competent negotiations with the seller and their agent. In the run-up to closing, a home inspection was performed by Bradley Longosky of ValueGuard (also highly recommended). That is when Jesse, Steve's son and a former contractor, stepped in to help us negotiate remediation and closing terms with the seller. Not only was he invaluable with estimating certain repair jobs, but he also recommended some very competent contractors. Both Steve and Jesse made buying our home a very enjoyable and exciting experience. They responded promptly to any inquiries and their prime concern seemed to be to make us happy rather than line their own pockets (which has not been our experience with all realtors we've dealt with). We are still in touch with Steve and Jesse and since our move they've continued to give us some great tips and recommendations - from restaurants to service providers. In fact, everyone we met at the Prudential Fox and Roach office in New Hope seemed extremely nice, although Steve and Jesse were the only ones we worked with personally. Keep up the good work, Steve and Jesse, and thanks for doing such a stellar job for us! This review represents my subjective opinion based on my personal experience.
