This company is not willing to work with "people" outside of their "community." My mortgage company randomly picked this company. They contacted me and asked "how did you get this number?" We don't work in "that" neighborhood and if we work with you you will need to pay up front!?! I have purchased many, many homes and Never paid a title company up front. They must have mistaken me for a newbie. I'm not and I know what you meant when you said you don't work in my neighborhood which is less than 10 miles from BB. read more

In my most recent transaction -- the sale of a house -- she stepped up to provide outstanding service, working efficiently, effectively and with determination to conclude the titling and settlement processes on time and without a hitch under difficult circumstances, namely, the COVID-19 crisis and serious health issues in my family. I found Francine to be friendly, knowledgable, responsive, and diligent. Before the closing conference, she provided timely and informative updates on the process. During the closing conference, there were hiccups caused by the seller and mortgage company. A less-skilled professional may not have been able to handle the situation effectively, as the seller and mortgage company made things difficult enough to justify needing to reschedule.
