The siding on the building is awful and unkempt; They hire a cheap crew to do the landscaping and snow removal and all other repairs to the building with no new updates to the building to match modern times. Everything is put on you for repairs. The HOA office has a bad attitude and is unwilling to help. If they don't budget correctly, they will charge you for snow removal fees if there is a lot of snow. I believe an L&I visit is due for sure! I would rate this management company a zero if I could.

Intimidation with fines for simply asking to address critical issues--such as replacing windows at the owner's cost that leak when it rains, are broken, and covered with mold; or allowing the replacement of a broken, outdated front door that has been breached twice by burglars. Because of this company, I lost my faith in justice and even my will to live. They have driven my health into a state where I've ended up in the hospital. I used to live, work, and be happy. Now, my feelings have been crushed and trampled. I was not born in the United States. I am a first-generation American. And in 20 years of living here, I have learned what true emotional distance feels like--thanks to this organization.

    Family Heritage Estate Sales

Do not trust Family Heritage Estate Sales or the owner Lisa Gordon, regardless of how much they…read morepush their "Christian values". They are dishonest and left my husband and me in a terrible situation. Today was supposed to be our estate sale - Notice I said supposed. I spoke to Lisa on the phone months ago and explained that we were moving from our townhome and seriously downsizing. I let her know that we were a younger family and did not have antiques to sell. She said that was fine, the market was saturated and people were looking for different types of items. She agreed to come and assess the home, and on April 29th she came out. On this day she assessed the items in our home. I asked her if she thought that we had enough to sell and she said yes and that she would not agree to take the sale if she did not think it would be beneficial. After this assessment, I signed the contract and sent it to her. Here is where red flags began to appear. I had to email Lisa multiple times to follow up to make sure that she had received the contract. She finally acknowledged and said that she would be in contact to set up a day that she would come out and take pictures to advertise the sale. As the days went on, my husband and I began to stress that she had not been in contact with us about advertising or preparing our home for the sale. After multiple calls where she insisted that she "hadn't forgotten about us," she agreed to come out on the 27th of June to take pictures (less than TWO WEEKS before the sale). I was out of town for this visit, but my husband was present. When Lisa came in, he said that it appeared that she already had it in her head that she was not going to follow through with the CONTRACTUALLY agreed upon sale. She walked through our home again, and this time said that we did not have enough to sell therefore she was not going to take the sale. She said things like "that treadmill won't sell" when my husband asked why she responded, "well does it even work?" (the answer is yes, it does). Long story short, Lisa refused to take the sale, and instead gave us the number of a wholesaler. In my opinion, Lisa did not make us a priority and had waited too long to properly advertise the sale. We were selling the entire contents of our home - multiple bedroom and living room sets, workout equipment to include a treadmill, expensive cameras, bass and acoustic guitars, and loads of other items. After calling the wholesalers (who did not answer and still have not returned our multiple calls) we have resorted to the dangerous practice of selling items online and holding garage sales. The final ironic piece of this story is that as I was leaving my development today there was a sign up for another estate sale, held on the same street I live on. We would have had double the customers. If WE had been the ones to break the contract we would have had to pay Lisa for her time and advertising costs, but since she broke it there were no repercussions. Long story short, DO NOT trust Lisa or this company. They will not follow through and will leave you in a difficult situation. I will be cross-posting this review on as many sites as I can to warn people of their business practices.

I asked if they would take it for fourty. The "lady" who seemed to be in charge told us 48 was 20 % off and that's what the price is. We offered 45 and were again told 48. I walked away but my fiancé ended up getting it because we liked it. This company lost any future sales to us over 3 dollars. We hope the 3 dollars was worth it. Terrible business sense by the "lady" in charge

She the represented herself as the buyer wanting access to the property for her contractors to view property without a licensed realtor with her. We denied access to the property without a licensed realtor. She suggested us as sellers to pay her commission, her title fee, and over charged for sewer repairs, with an estimate of 14,000 wanting 18,000. This was an estate sale and unaware of what the family was truly going through, lost both parents within 17 months, dog passed away in march 2026 and fiance diagnosed with brain cancer a week later after the dog. She kept sending addendments 14 to be exact, contacting our realtor, attorney review took 2 weeks and overall lack of communication. She wanted to close 6/19 which was a holiday, asked for keys early and waited 4 weeks to put money into escrow. She rarely went through her attorney but through ours and our realtor. Her mortgage was contingent on sale of another property which was false. The entire process was stressful and no one should go through. Her mortgage was for her to live there but purchased through an llc. A report was made to her boss and legal was made aware. I highly suggest to do not Use her. Her ethics are questionable. A family house that was within out family for 80 years was a horrible experience. Veronica does not represent the real Estate business in the manner and ethics stated by her company and state of nj. Honestly we were ready to take a leaser offer to not deal w her and her unethical demands. We moved lock box and neighbors saw her on property looking for it. I would never use her for anything ever again. If i could leave 0 stars i would. Remember when dealing with estate sale take compassion, you never know what the family is truly going through. This is coming from a daughter who watched her father die on mothers day 2024, found her mother dead oct 2025, had to put dog down who she had as a puppy and was 13.5 years old on 3/20/26 and fiance diagnosed w cns brain lymphoma 3/27/26. No help doing all my Self with little help from brother. Think about it when dealing with estate sales Thank you Kristin Brucker
