We truly cannot say enough good things about Elise from the Hardie Group…read more When we first walked through our new home, we loved so much about it but we also saw how much work it needed and honestly felt overwhelmed. We left thinking it probably wasn't the house for us. That same evening, Elise reached out with resources, contacts, and ideas for how we could actually make it work. She told us she just wanted to do her due diligence so we wouldn't walk away and later have any regrets. That perfectly sums up the kind of realtor Elise is. She never pressured us into a house or a decision. She listened, advocated for us, answered every question, worked through every obstacle, and genuinely cared about making sure we ended up somewhere we loved. There were so many moving pieces throughout this process, especially buying and selling at the same time, and she was the person we trusted to help us navigate all of it. We closed on the house we almost walked away from, and it's now becoming exactly what we hoped it could be. Had Elise not gone above and beyond that very first night, we genuinely would not be here. We are incredibly grateful for her and would recommend her over and over again.

We Just sold my parent's house due to moving into assisted living. Dave is the only one I trusted to handle this delicate situation. Why? Because Dave knows the central IN area better than anyone else Period. Even though I'm 1100 miles away, I had full confidence and trust in Dave and his office. He handled everything perfectly! In a small town like Frankfort, you don't stay in business for 50 years unless you're the best at what you do. And he is. Add in the honesty, compassion, dedication to his clients, 5 decades of knowledge, experience and you have a great realtor and an even greater person. Bottom line, Dave cares and is an awesome person to know. CC

My experience with Shrock's came about when I decided to buy a whole house generator. Their guy…read morefor that is Jason and he proved to be the most helpful of all the salesmen I talked to (5 different companies). Unlike with most companies, Jason not only specs and sells their Generac product line but he also installs and services them and is fully factory trained. That gives him a level of expertise that is head and shoulders above the competition and very helpful. He was the only salesman to follow up after his quote to see if I had additional questions. He is always eager to answer any and all questions and is great at helping to evaluate trade-offs. In addition to the excellent install on the generator, Shrock's also replaced our supplemental heat system with a gas furnace and since then has been our choice for service on all our heating and AC needs. Every visit has been professionally executed. Experience with their office staff has been wonderful as well. I would not hesitate to recommend Shrock's Dri-Gas to anyone.
