He is thorough and knowledgeable! One of the best things honestly, is that he does not sound off unnecessary alarms. We were trying to find our nephew a place to live, and he found a property he liked. He filled out the application and paid the $60 plus the $30.00 pet fee. Two weeks after he submitted his application, we were informed he would not qualify he did not make enough money. I asked about cosigning and was told I would need to fill out a $60.00 application fee. I did as they asked to be told I did not make 4X the rent to qualify but my husband could fill out an application. Guess what? He had to pay the $60.00 application fee also. A day later we were told our nephew did not qualify. This company had two weeks to processes his application and do a thorough search to realize he did not qualify before we jumped through all the hoops to submit all the paperwork and pay the fees. I requested the $120 application fees back paid by my husband and myself because they did not process his application in a timely manner and we should never had been told to fill out the applications in the first place. I talked with both Megan Belanger and Jennelle Glassburn in the leasing department just to get the runaround about this situation. Needless to say, we will not be reimbursed our application fees totaling $120.
