We truly cannot say enough good things about Elise from the Hardie Group…read more When we first walked through our new home, we loved so much about it but we also saw how much work it needed and honestly felt overwhelmed. We left thinking it probably wasn't the house for us. That same evening, Elise reached out with resources, contacts, and ideas for how we could actually make it work. She told us she just wanted to do her due diligence so we wouldn't walk away and later have any regrets. That perfectly sums up the kind of realtor Elise is. She never pressured us into a house or a decision. She listened, advocated for us, answered every question, worked through every obstacle, and genuinely cared about making sure we ended up somewhere we loved. There were so many moving pieces throughout this process, especially buying and selling at the same time, and she was the person we trusted to help us navigate all of it. We closed on the house we almost walked away from, and it's now becoming exactly what we hoped it could be. Had Elise not gone above and beyond that very first night, we genuinely would not be here. We are incredibly grateful for her and would recommend her over and over again.

After having suffered half a dozen real estate agents in SW MI for half the year, they were so refreshing to work with. They are supremely professional, love what they do, will even teach you about their business and tell you everything you need to know about living here. We only had one problem which we felt they should have warned us about, but after speaking to the county assessor, we found out they would not have known or could even have suspected. Bart and Glinda both emailed us apologies and detailed explanations to address our frustration, and I really appreciate how they handled what was a very upsetting situation. When we upgrade to the next house, we will definitely contact them to sell this one and find our next one.

We did not purchase our home through this agency, nor did we sell a property. However, my childhood…read morehome is now back on the market. When I saw the updates on the listing, it was bittersweet. Lundquist Realty are now selling that property. They were sure to list many of the changes, updates and repairs that were needed for the home. Being as I lived in that home almost 15 years, I know many of the repairs which still needed to be made and those which were kept up on regularly. I suppose it was my mistake, however, I chose to make a comment on a Facebook posting advertising this property. Being a new homeowner myself and extensively learned the in's & out's of purchasing a new home, I had advised there were no mention of repairs made to the floors and crawlspace areas on the south end of the home. I know how exciting, scary and unknown it can be when searching for the perfect home. There is a lot of pressure to ensure such a large investment is the right choice. Upon posting my very informed information, Judy Lundquist decided it would be a great place to personally attack an individual who lived in that home and completely downplay the information. It was extremely unprofessional. I could not imagine an individual being in the profession that long would be so absolutely disrespectful and go the extra mile to say another person was "stupid". If the repairs had been made, a simple comment advising such would have been more than enough to appease the concern of not only a previous tenant but also any perspective buyers. I am extremely thankful my buying experience was not with this company. I could not imagine working with or supporting a business who lacks all sense of professionalism. I will say, it was just one individual who made such a lasting and disgusting impression so I would certainly hope she does not represent the entire company or staff. I continue to have deep connections, family, friends and professional relations in the Wabash area...I will recommend any potential buyers to bypass this company. I hope the home sells quickly. It is a beautiful home and a great place for children. Maybe the next owner will purchase through someone other than Lundquist Realty, this is my hope.

The technician quickly fixed the problem with better quality parts than had previously been used by another company, charged us a fair amount and was absolutely a joy to work with. He did exactly what we called for. I know that this is not unusual service for this business. He did the same at my parents' house a year ago. I highly recommend this business for your garage door needs.
