It was without question that when another real estate transaction came up we knew exactly who to go to. Mark and his team once again proved to step up to the plate and guide us threw many unforeseen obstacles. Between a fire and a flood Mark was able to help guide us not only from a real estate perspective but from a human perspective of whats next and what now. Because of our situation, he consistently reached out and checked in and helped make the best of the situation we had in front of us each and every time something came about. The Mark Seiden Real Estate Team consistently provides the best customer service, customer satisfaction as well as a personal touch which sets them apart from the rest. Thank you again.

Then when he saw no response from us he took it off market, and then puts it on the market again at a much higher price - $60,000 higher. If I could give 10 stars for realtor John Rota, I would! John is amazing...he is intelligent,…read morehard-working, kind, funny and has an attention to detail that is unlike anything I've seen. I am sitting in my dream house right now because of him! We had been looking at Westchester County properties for about 1.5 years with another realtor and were really frustrated. Either the homes were not anything like we had asked to see, or when we saw something we liked, we would find out it already had another accepted offer or was going into short sale. Finally a girlfriend of mine reached out to me and said she had used John and really loved him and she thought we should give him a shot. I told her we had determined we were going to be lifelong renters and weren't really interested, but would give him a call. I could tell from our first phone call that he was ON IT and was going to be just what we needed. That was President's Day weekend and by Memorial Day weekend, we had closed on our dream home and I couldn't be happier. The house has brought such happiness to our kids and I can't explain how much joy that brings me. Do not hesitate to use John! He also has a network of people that are great...attorneys, loan folks...so everything is super seamless. (You can use whomever you want...I just had asked him for recommendations since we're new to the area.) Thank you John! As our 5-year old says, "Mommy, I really love our home."

The agent was helpful and very friendly but unfortunately they use the National Tenants Network…read more(NTN) franchise to screen applicants for rentals. You have to complete an NTN application for a specific rental so if you are applying for more than one rental, you have to complete a form each time. You pay $39 per application and that is for each person living in the rental. While I was completing NTN's online application, I got a code error message a few times on some of the fields, meant for their webmaster. When my application report was sent to the realtor, it turns out NTN made a mistake (my monthly income was indicated at an amount I hadn't entered anywhere on the form - and it was FAR greater than my actual income which made it all look fishy). I had no access to my report before it was sent to the realtor to make sure it was correct. Trying to get it changed was a nightmare. NTN requires you to print an application to access your own report, attach more personal ID verification, mail it to them, and then they'll let you know within 14 days if you're eligible for a copy of your report. I actually talked to a lawyer. I had an IT technician look at the code errors I screenshot while filling out my form and she said NTN was using Cold Fushion by Macromedia which was about 11 years out of date. Now I'm worried that NTN has my SSN in this Cold Fushion database. My advice as a prospective renter is to avoid this real estate firm simply because they use NTN.
