Kenny actually was not managing the property and had someone else doing the work. She ended up in the hospital for 2 months and no one responded for weeks at a time. They collected thousands in rents which I had to constantly fight for. This caused numerous late fees and 3 vacancies that could have been avoided. They finally sent me a handwritten "Statement". I will be filing a complaint with the state of OK for management fees charged that Kenny agreed to return to me.

Having spent my life around buying selling Real Estate, I have a lot of experience with home value and market trends, giving my clients an edge - be it first time buyers or investors, I go above and beyond expectations of my clients. I grew up around real estate; in fact it was a family business. My Father was a broker and taught me the essentials of residential and investment properties as a young boy, and that wisdom has been built on over the years giving me a "leap ahead" of the rest in experience. I have participated in many types of transactions of residential properties, farmland, and investment properties. What will set me apart from the realtor next door is that I truly enjoy helping people buy and sell property and making it a pleasurable experience. Buying and selling is an exciting time in people's lives, and it is important to be able to have confidence in your agent. I am a strong negotiator, know the process very well, and even own a property management company and can offer great advice in these arenas as well. Don't settle for less than the best - let me go above and beyond for YOU!

Can I give negative stars? Renter beware!! Within the last 2 months they have had a gunshot…read moreincident where a current resident had a gross negligence "accidental" firing of a gun. A police report was filed by another resident and the management is more concerned about money than they are safety! Below is an email sent to their management in response to their email to inform a resident that they will have to pay a penalty because they moved out before the end of their lease because they feared for their personal safety. Also you must not be aware of a 2025 Oklahoma Bartlesville title 21 statute that states "an accidental discharge of a firearm is considered a serious negligence and a major security risk and is not simply an accident ". There is also a right to safety clause that "if the landlord cannot guarantee the safety of other residents they can argue that their lease has been breached by the landlord for failure to provide a safe premises". It goes on to state that this can "warrant early termination of their own lease without penalty ". It also goes on about eviction of the tenant that had the firearm discharge and other things as well. We are not seeking eviction of the tenant nor any legal matters but we are seeking the part of " early termination without penalty". All we ask is that you release the renter from her lease without penalty. This statute seems to address this matter pretty clearly. Their response nope we are not waiving any penalties. So like I started this review RENTERS BEWARE!! NOT A GOOD place to live and not good management! In response to the Lexington commons response- we called the police Lexington commons DID NOT make any contact with the police department! None! So as along as you get injuries or killed after hours it isn't really a problem? Well you know not Lexington commons problem any way. Also "we take the safety of our tenants seriously?" Really is that why you laughed when my daughter called management? That is why SHE reported it to the police. Because Lexington commons did not take it seriously at ALL and did NOT file any report with the police. All they wanted to do was make a joke out of the entire situation and they still are!

Now it has rained on my wooden vintage tiki statue, a piece of furniture, and actually rained on my TV and ruined it. I went to this shop to repair a battery issue on my apple iPad pro 12.9" 5th generation tablet…read more They gave me a form and told me to show and tell them in writing the prior damage or issues with my tablet, all that was wrong with it was the battery and minor scratches, I take care of my tablet for digital art and I used it all the time. My boyfriend paid roughly $175 for a new battery. I was afraid that they would damage it more or remove all my data, and that they did. I was given my tablet back with a broken screen (ruined my ART tablet with PRESSURE SENSITIVITY with an apple pen), a chip (moreso chunk) of the glass on my screen was GONE and the screen was completely cracked. They filled the missing chunk with resin to "fix" the issue. Not only that, but my power button NO LONGER WORKED. They "enabled controls" so I had to turn off my tablet with buttons on the screen. They accused me of saying the reason why the screen was was broke is because of "micro cracks" that couldn't be seen when they tried to remove the screen. Never told me the reason my power button is broke. When I got home I didn't think it could get any worse, but once it was almost dead I plugged it in only to find out IT DID NOT CHARGE. They did not fix my battery issue and so my mom took it in because they didn't fix the battery, they took it in the back and gave it to my mom saying it charges fine (it still doesnt) and after that day she took it, when it was off and I tried to turn it on, it showed that IOS needed to be restored, which means they DELETED IOS off my tablet completely, which in return makes me lose ALL of my data and things on my tablet. So, in all they broke my screen, power button, removed IOS off my tablet, and didn't even fix the issue. They refused to refund my boyfriend or fix what they broke, rather offered to fix it for blank price. Now I will have to take my tablet in to get fixes for repairs that can range from $500-$800. Thanks for nothing.

Here are my chief complaints 1. 14-page lease with all kinds of crazy language and requirements. When I asked the agent about a few things, she said not to worry about it. 2. House was falling apart and yard was a mess of mole holes and weeds. They told us to make a list of everything wrong and our list was lengthy. It included several broken locks and windows. They did not fix anything though! 3. We put down a large deposit (over a grand) plus $400 for pets. When we moved out, we cleaned thoroughly and mowed, weeded and weed wacked the yard, but we were still charged $400 for yardwork and $100 for cleaning.

More importantly, they are diligent to make sure tenants are properly taken care of and treated with respect. Five stars for the professionalism and quality service offered by Home Finders. It is always nice working with a business that truly cares about their clients.
