Their book section is full of both hardback and soft cover books for adults plus a good selection for children. Their housewares section is always amazing, full of really useful and excellent condition items for the home. There are often full collections donated. Pricing is very reasonable. Their new furniture store is gorgeous, you can find anything you need from chairs, lamps, pictures, fans, home decor, bedspreads, blankets, vases, mirrors-you name it you can find it and it will be in excellent used condition but also a lot of new items too. Best place to shop although their shoe selection is small (and the only place I found items not in top condition) and their childrens and mens selection is small. (Most people don't think to donate men's clothing or items for some reason, it's basically women.). Women's clothing is not "Maxanista" it's for more mature women but accessories fit all. I get lots of gift bags here for pennies and if you have the time, their greeting cards are numerous. Also wrapping paper! Come see, you'll find! Their seasonal holiday decor is always amazing too.

Today my daughter and I went to donate clothing to Value Village and a full sized boxed truck from Treasures in Heaven was in line in front of us. Once they pulled up to the unloading area it and started to unload in became apparent this was a loaded full box truck, unloading for well over 30 minutes while cars piled up in line and the driver and passenger did very little to assist in the unloading process while the entire VV team worked their butts off. I doubt the fact people are donating to this Christian organization and simply having it turned over to Value Village is what people donating are hoping for. This is also incredibly rude behavior on behalf of Treasures as the line is nearly out of the parking lot, people are abandoning the line foregoing donating. Many of the boxes are taped shut so the VV workers have to open them prior to accepting them slowing the process further. Treasures is dumping their unwanted inventory at the Issaquah Value Village, holding up the line, hogging up the employees and inconveniencing dozens of people simply trying to do a nice thing. I'm writing this review because I find this behavior extremely unbecoming of Treasures and likely deceptive to those donating there, furthermore it is inconsiderate on multiple levels.

I will say that on my particular visit today, in the month of October 2024 that when I came into the shop five of the six women who were working there spent the entire time visiting with one another and catching up, especially even I believe the manager. They just seemed a lot of chit chat going on rather than servicing the store. Several areas could use some help as far as organizing and consolidating, particularly the office supplies and bath supplies. Also the book room, and other miscellaneous areas. Perhaps volunteers could focus on serving the store by attention to organization which might help improve their sales.

I spoke to the manager who actually more attentive and pleasant than the Redmond store managers. The lay out of this particular Goodwill is ok, the shoes are kept up organized. They have a power strip ready to be used to test out electronics and though I know it's hard to keep the children's section tidied up, it was surprisingly organized. The highlight of my visit here was that I found some good condition Jordan Proto-max 720 sneakers in my size. I'm not a giant sneaker head...just a tiny bit and could tell before looking it up it was a steal. After doing so, I was right - $29.99 but they go for over $130! They may be dead stocked at this point. Needless to say, these were scooped immediately.

Tbh in the last 5 years I've grown to usually take about 10 minutes tops to get in and out due to the mediocrity that is so casual for goodwill but I'm here to say that I want to go on record confidently stating this is the best goodwill I've ever been to. No, it's not doing something out of the scope of goodwills agenda, but everything you expect from a goodwill they are doing in an ideal way. The team here is just putting out such a variety of items and EVERYTHING is in sellable condition. Holy moly it's organized. I've seen organized goodwills but it's not common, and it's unheard of to see the combo of variety and organization. Their manager Michelle said that the price is firm, her exact quote was "most people wash their clothes, do you want it or not?". They made me feel bad for pointing out how dirty (and grossly overpriced) the item was, when both placing it on the rack and pricing it egregiously high were no fault of mine. I don't recommend this Goodwill.
