They listened one time but the rest of the times they just kept going. I wanted to stop the service so bad but I was already there. And then we went to the sauna which we didn't even stay the full 30 minutes. In between the sauna service one of the men that they had done our massage opened the curtain to I guess check on us and closed the curtain back up. We got dressed, grabbed our stuff and we're walking out at that point. Then they stopped us at the front to ask if we were gonna leave a tip! I wasn't going to, but I didn't want to be rude but why are you begging for a tip it's not obligated. On top of that the service was not that great it was painful. First and last time going there!

The private "rooms" are literally separated by four curtains sectioned off in a huge open space and they weren't even completely pulled together so you could into our "rooms" through the gaps. You can also hear everything going on in the entire facility. The two women had to be self taught massage "therapists" using ZERO educated or methodical skill. My massage was painful and felt like she was trying to scrub a stain out of softball pants. Both were completely dry massages until halfway through. My husband's "massage therapist" started out talking to my "massage therapist" nonstop until | lifted up my head THREE separate times and glared at her. Then...someone came into the facility and the door bell chimed and she just walked out without saying a word! She actually left him to attend to a potential customer for probably close to five minutes and came back TALKING ON HER CELL PHONE!! She made a half attempt to "rub" his back with one hand until the call ended. When I confronted her, all she said was "sorry." Then, someone else entered or left the facility but she looked outside the curtain that time. She was incredibly distracted with the happenings outside of our session. As soon as the timer went off, she bolted, never offering to make up for the time she was gone. Then asked, "You pay tip?"

The prices are reasonable, and booking was quick and easy, just a $25 deposit, which I didn't mind. When we arrived, she was taken in within 5 minutes and received the full 50-minute session as promised, she even went over the allocated time for the towel and aroma therapy. Very ethical, gives me the vibethey are not trying to rip you off. She says her back feels much better afterward, which is what mattered most. The location is convenient as well. The only downside is that the facility is pretty small, and the rooms are just big enough for the therapist and client, so you'll need to wait in the lobby. Not a huge issue, though. I also added aromatherapy with hot towels for $10, which felt like a great value. Overall, the staff were very professional and the experience was smooth.

She focused on a lot of areas that I have problems with. I thoroughly enjoyed the massage after it was over. Alexis went over recommendations that she had for problem areas that she noticed, which was very helpful and informative. I'll definitely take her up on some of the recommendations that she provided and I appreciated her knowledge especially when it comes to problem areas.
